Addicted Fishing I watch all your videos so I know how to fish plastic worm
I like to watch and I like every video you guys post
And I live here in Washington were you guys fish
Yo those hats are 🔥 i caught my first trout up in big bear 🐻 with mice tails white/pink yup u said it DEADLY 💀 🤙🏽
I'm ready for the sponsorship just bought myself an okuma select rod now all I need is your sponsorship tell Jordan let's go fishing
I vote for tails. I don't care what creature you are. Everyone wants a little tail now and then. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
The mice tails worked great for me this year in Ma. I rig them like you would a powerbait egg. So tungsten bullet weight, a bead, swivel, 2 foot leader # 8 or 10 hook. Chartreuse and orange was best, all white worked, white and pink some. I generally would add pro cure garlic gel. I've caught over 400 trout this year and well over half of them were with this setup. Most were 12-13" brook trout in April, May. The rest were caught using 2 eggs and mealworm in June.
I love bobber/ float fishing because it’s so fun to watch it go under
I agree 💯 it’s so satisfying watching it drop or looking somewhere else and then turning to see your bobber has disappeared.
@@KimchiJerry The rush never gets old.
In many lakes around me the weeds get pretty thick on the bottom. I plan on using bobbers until the weeds dissipate in late Fall & Winter.
I can’t get anything done anymore. I just sit and watch fishing videos 😄 I love the merch too! Thumbs up guys!
Yessss best part of my day is when the addicts drop another badass video. Going out tomorrow for my first ever chinook trip thanks to you guys. ❤️
Good to see you guys again, cant wait for some coho content👍🏻👍🏻
I have used all of them and done the best on the orange and yellow one then red and brown then the pink and white ones of the mouse tails on the worm brown than the pink. Thankyou for sharing your knowledge it has helped me a lot in the last week I have been out fishing my husband almost 3 to 1.Thankyou.
Thanks Marlin. I got a couple wild browns today on Valley Creek, PA using the red Mouse Tail (white head). Creek is all over the map regarding depth. Eight inch rapids over gravel to four foot deep pools. Catch and release. Then I switched to the Trout Worm but like a nincompoop I didn't know to separate them first. I had a six inch worm on there lol. Also I was basically wacky rigging. No luck obviously. Will use your tips tomorrow. You remain the man.
These mice tails are my all-time favorite go to bait for rainbows and brooders specifically the white head with the pink tail
Love to trout fish but with the large amounts of people at my local ponds and lakes lately I've been bass fishing secret spillways in the rez to avoid the crowds. This video gave me that trout fix I've been looking for. Thanks🤙🏾🤙🏾
I love when you guys do these types of videos
The natural colored worm is killer on mosquito hook with a small spilt shot! Caught a lot of nice fish on that combo.
The natural colors seem to work the best for me, but I'll change up to a pink after a few dozen casts, or when the bite falls off, because sometimes the change in presented color, gets bites. Something different will sometimes get their interest going again.
Love it how you guys show simple set ups to more advanced setups. I learn new tips and tricks every video!! Trout fishing to Steelhead fishing. Your channel is fire 🔥
Lake fishing is so nice...
Although that looks pretty packed...
I use the bubblegum mice tails. I make them float off the bottom and worked better for me. Using a tungsten bullet weight, and a 12in leader of fluorocarbon. Never liked using bobbers. I'd rather have it float up from the bottom.
Ive never used the mouse tails, but I have used the trout worms and pinched crawlers. Natural colors seem to be the most productive.
Put a couple drops of pure anise oil in the bag. I slay trout like that any color.
I’ve tried pink with no stink
Both styles work great. Depends on the day or body of water as to which works better. Pink tails work great here. Small jighead under a bobber is killer while twitching it. Also the slip sinker rig work awesome too.
Keep up the great content bro!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Jacksonville, FL checking in
I never use these mouse tails only the worms but then stocked trout eat just about any thing guess i will have to try the mouse tails to sometime. Nice video!
I use orange & yellow mice tails & have had great success
I caught a trout and two rock bass on the pink worm, I Texas rig it lol, thing looked amazing moving through the water though. I kept two of the worms connected making a 6"er
Nice.....
Great video! The only thing the trout wanted yesterday were pink or orange mouse tails and we tried it all in every color combo
Depends on the time of year. Hatchery trout will strike pink and brown all day the first month or 2 after being stocked. after they stop feeding on artificial theyll go towards the greens or what ever color the hatch is at the chosen lake during the summer fall months
Went trout fishing last weekend and used the brown mousetail in a pond and caught a bass instead.
Dude I used to use the same Orange floats the thing that sucks is you can only set you're depth so deep before casting becomes a issue , also prone to get line tangle . I switched to slip bobbers a few years back and will never go back to clip on bobbers . You can set your bait any depth you want but only need to have a short leader under the bobber as it is free to slide up and down the line and stops wherever your bobber stop is set .
I'll be getting myself a hoodie... great info like always my friend... keep up the great videos
I agree the natural colored worms tend to work better at least for me.
I enjoy watching your video's they have up my fishing game a lot.
Awesome!! Are use both, but dunk the plastics in trout slime first for the scent!
Color is always changing some time in my experience in morning and evening pink and white are best and natural colors midday. Also hook size and bait size as example some times I go to a size 18 fly nymph with high fishing pressure.

If y'all end up on the east coast be sure to stop in for some MASSIVE Va trout fishing. I would love to fish with you boys
Went out on a float tube today.
Went old school with a bobber and a nightcrawler and limited out in an hour.
Love the occasional bobber fishing outing.
Pink mouse tails are my fav
I'm loving these videos!
I am wanting to try the Mice Tails here in Utah - so, placed the order and will be trying this weekend
I've killed it with mice tails all over Utah.
I really enjoy watching you fish
I fish the mice tails in a traditional powerbait (sliding egg weight) setup off the bottom, since they float. Works well sometimes. Add a bit of scent.
Mouse tails are my favorite! Caught a ton of fish last summer on them. They will be my go to bait for a long time to come.
Tails are my go-to for stockers. Color is a by-the-day thing tho when it comes to what they’re gonna hit so I have a pack of nearly every combo in my bag. When in doubt tho the white on white seem to catch almost every day
Nice video i use the same ones and be slayin em
What size hooks do you use?
Tried mouse tails on my last trip out and was able to land a couple. Will try them again 👍
Was at roaring river in Missouri not to long ago and the pink worked great .
I like these videos they are very helpful. I tried the orange mice tail but no luck.
I thumbs up the video “automatic” 🤣🤣🤣🤘🏻
All these people that I watch doing trout fishing and everything you guys have such a beautiful fishing nothing like we have here in Iowa which is nothing I have not found a good place to go trout and I sure like the ones that you guys show on your videos
I want to see how you guys rig up regular ol' powerbait, lots people I think use it primarily in the lakes in western washington around seattle
Western Washington in general, chartuese and garlic rainbow is hell on WA stockers.
I know this is an old comment, but if you haven’t figured it out yet, but the best way to do it IMO is a simple Carolina rig. #12-16 treble hook. Just enough dough to cover the hook and float it. You will gut hook, so clip the lime if you want to release ‘m. Or use a circle hook instead if you want to release.
In Northern Arizona, I run my main 6 LB line through a 1/4 oz egg & tie on to a small barrel sinker. From there, tie on a 4 LB leader 18 to 24” in length, attach to a size 12 -14 treble hook using a palomar knot. Take your garlic rainbow colored power bait & roll into a small ball enough to cover the entire hook. Cast it out & let it sink to the bottom. As an enticer, I usually place bright red or green plastic bead between the sink & barrel sinker. I carry a red Eagle Claw hook remover for gut hooked trout. You can get these for .99 cent at your local Walmart. Good luck.
👍
That is a giant hook for those tiny trout! But maybe that helps keep them from swallowing the hook.
Another excellent informative video as usual ! New merch looks sick !
I was trying to count how many times Marlin said “automatic” but i lost count 🤣
Thanks for the fishy tips 🎣
AUTOMATIC FOR SURE 😂😂😂 word of the day
I only caught one good one with powerbait and I was at the dock at battleground lake
Anyone know if bg lake has a handicapped dock family member has mobility issues
Great video! I am new to trout fishing and found this very informative. What color would you recommend to beginner trout fisherman?
I’ve been stationed in SO cal the last four year and I’ve been watching your guys videos the entire I’ve been out here makes me miss all the fishing I get out next week and this lake is my go to lake just to get out can’t wait to get out and some fishing
Jordan rocking the bro tank of course lol
Nice video I catch more with the brown worm mice and regular worm keep up the good work.....👍👍👍
Great video, would love to see more stuff like this
I've been wacky rigging the Mouse Tails with the standard PowerBait Carolina rig with great success. I'm using small hooks (#10) the same color as the Mouse Tail. They are catching fish at the same rate as PowerBait dough fished side-by-side.
Hey guys it's frank sokolowski from michigan again i really like the video
Thanks for this, good info. Looking forward to trying these. Keep 'em coming!
Would love to try this out
I prefer the brown trout worn
What about the size of the hook! Should you go a little smaller?
If you're ever in New Mexico go to Con jilon lakes the last lake at the top cause there are 3. The last one is the best one with the biggest trout and there's a lot of weeds in the lake. The brown power bait worms work great! You'll also see some elk, cows, and deer there depending on the time of year
< --- becoming a pro fisherman in Western PA with the help of addicted fishing ! ;)
I actually like floating mouse tails off the bottom wacky rig style (with hook sideways directly through the body) when I'm feeling lazy. They still hit it like crazy even with no movement, and it reduces short strikes in my opinion.
What hook and what size hook are you using?
I love your videos I've learned a lot
🎣
the white and pink mouse tails are a killer around my area, especially trolling in a kayak
Huge hook...imo...I prefer as small as possible...love the vids tho
The blaze orange really gets them going at my lake ..
Not sure what's going on with those stocker trout. Personally i prefer pink to brown...great vid! Going to have to try getting some merch soon too!
My friend kills [stocker] trout on the mouse tail. 🔥
Nice video
Nothing better awesome video
They were out of stock EVERYWHERE and 3x the price on Amazon, so I tried a white powerball and the pink worms and they worked awesome!!! I still want to try the legit 1 piece bait but hey! If the combo worked as well as they did it's a good work around when tails aren't available anywhere!
How about a Berkley Pinch Crawler vs. Trout Magnet challenge!
What rod setup are you using for this? I'm liking the action that rod has.
What rod?
Love you content
u guy should come down to the amracan river and get some striped bass
Great 👍 video ..Hey bro you keep looking over your shoulder..The Feds looking for you.?.LOL
Great vid you guys are awesome
Very helpful I want me a short because I'm addicted to fishing
AWESOME!!!!!
What pound line and what size hook are you using? Thanks
I’m going to put the worms to the test on a wedding ring set up.
Awesome... 🎣
Do you guys choose the ads that get shown on your page?
No
I was gonna say there never about fishing or anything that’s why I was confused lol
When I lived in western washington we killed the stockers on garlic rainbow and chartreuse Berkley power bait and those green and yellow rubber eggs, those three were surefire winners in some Olympia area lakes.
Mice tails & worms have a lot of tail/area to bite on without hook. That's why you were missing them, also why they swallow them. You gotta take a little more time before setting the hook on these. Trout play with them a bit, or just bite the tail at first but they usually come back. The movement as they drop or swim by makes them irresistible & they come back
Power Worms !!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
That’s a big hook for those little trout. But great content man
In northern ca, a small treble with power worm on 1 hook, and 2 bright colored power eggs on the other 2. Makes a dragon fly. A million different color combos you can use.
