Yes it's gentle...I'm currently using it...I just used a couple of times not enough to get visible results....use only 1 or 2 max in a week...moisturize after exfoliating..I use minimalist 5% niacinamide body lotion and aveeno dry skin relief...chemist at lay also has a 5% niacinamide lotion... Edit : it works a bit for bumps...but not so effective in terms of pigmentation...I'm gonna switch to something else

its not ok at all. you are overfishing . it is not good for skin. besan is like a physical stub. use besan not more than once a week.
