The game is based on real historic encounters during the early 15th century located in Bohemia (South-East Europe). Landscape, towns and greater buildings are reconstructed. The main quest line is telling a story about a decaying empire (Bohemia), war and a hero finding its own way. "Kindcome Come: Deliverance" is considered to be the most historicaly accurate PC game to date.
South-eastern Europe? Central Europe!
If you like historical RPGs where you can play a medieval knight, I definitely recommend playing this game. But be warned, it's quite difficult. It's made by a Czech studio, running by Dan Vavra, who is also the author of the world famous Mafia and Mafia 2
I love the driving bass and never surrender lyrics in this song. As always, Joakim's vocals are top notch and really capture the dynamic of the song. I think this is the best cover of this song to date, maybe better than the Manowar original (sacrilege, I know, but I prefer this delivery to the high-pitched vocals). And the game looks pretty cool as well. Thanks for reacting to this, more Sabaton is always welcome. Keep rocking.

Maybe I'm just too much of a Sabaton fan, but I would say I prefer their cover of this song over the original. Great way to use it in relation to the game of the same name as promotion. Also a great game!
for most of their covers i agree with you, but not for this... for the final chorus manowar reach heigher notes impossible to compare with others. IMO the cover they made really better then original is "twilight of the thundergod"

For me one of the best performances ever....
You SHOULD check the game. It is very historically accurate and based on a very important part of European history. Basically this game tells a very personal story set in the troubled time that lead up to the first crusades. The in-game is beautiful, but I guess you could listen to Sabaton as you play too:)

I wouldn't say the original is better, just different. I prefer this version (and I listen to both a lot) for the vocals, which I think fit the lyrics and tone of the song more than the high-pitched vocals on the Manowar version. I think too often singers go for the high-pitched scream just to show they can do it, not because it fits the song best.
Eric Adams bow to noone when it come to vocals. This is a really good cover though
