- Bún Cá Nguyên Loan- One of the most rated restaurants in Nha Trang. And for good reason, I know this place may be famous for it's jellyfish noodles; however, for me I loved the banh mi xiu mai and banh canh the most. A must order and stop by when you come to Nha Trang.

Vietnamese duck meat dishes always go with ginger fish sauce. Because Yin Yang ,duck meat not lean meat and cold ,duck fat is hard to digest and make a stomach upset.The ginger fish sauce in burn out the fat and making you stomach warm...

Here is the thing, in Nha Tranh or Ninh Thuan, we don't use chopsticks to eat Banh Canh. We use a specific big spoon to chop the noodle into 2" fragments and eat. The reason is that the noodle is made of pure rice flour, so it's really soft and easy to be broken if you pick it with chopsticks.

Trời ưi, em là người Việt Nam vậy mà em lại tìm hiểu ẩm thực việt nam qua 1 anh tây cao, to, đẹp trai mún xỉu á. Em không biết nhìu về ẩm thực Việt như anh lun, mặc dù em đã 18 nồi bánh chưng rùi. That food looked so good. Bowl of noodles for less than 2 bucks, banh mi for less than a buck. You can eat like a king for under 10 bucks a day. Not too big on traveling with all the restrictions but I have to visit for 3-6 months. I could probably eat at that first place you visited for months.
$11.73 for that duck meal. I get one chipotle burrito here in the states for around that price. I’ll take that duck dinner over the burrito any day.

Vietnamese cuisine always gets the balance between the spirituality of "positivity and negativity" in every dish. For that reason, duck represents "positivity" and ginger does "negativity", which is a great combination of its spirit and flavor as well.

Món mỳ Quảng cũng rất đa dạng vị và cách làm ở mỗi vùng miền, đối với mình là món mình thích ăn nhất và cực kỳ mong được về VN ăn liền 2 3 tô để thỏa mãn :3 thật sự mình tìm gần như hết video của Max mà chưa thấy review món này, chắc phải chờ thêm vài video ra lò nữa rồi 😂

Hi Max! One specialty that I highly recommend you to try in NT is “Nem nướng Ninh Hoà”. Believe me, you can’t go wrong with it. It is completely different from any other kind of “Nem nướng” that you have tried in other places. Hope you can stay in NT longer or get back to NT someday to discover more about this beautiful city and its variety of foods.
