Which month march ou april?
Been there last month and visiting Borough Market every few other days. Spanish Paella was darn delicious with generous portion of seafood, not forgetting Kubba Iraqi Cuisine, Fish!kitchen, scotch eggs and empanadas. One word to describe, Food Heaven!

Absolutely delicious tour. That has to be the largest Spanish Paella I have ever seen, and then when I saw that lady sipping the Champagne with oysters... like what is this place?!
As its name suggests Borough Market is a street market in London. Probably the city’s best and completely packed on a Saturday. One of its most popular stalls is the Ginger Pig butchers which is known for its amazing sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, pies...the only place that comes close to this market is Florence’s Central Market which as a giant food hall on the first floor and food stalls on the ground floor.

What about having a traditional British food market in London. After all we should promote British farms, produce and cooking. And although I like them , spicy foods cover a multitude of sins. Don't forget spices were introduced in hot countries to mask the taste of rotten meat and fish. Fresh local produce should be encouraged and not replaced
No, that's not what spicy foods were made for and this market does have plenty of more traditional British food. I was there a couple of weeks ago and got some fantastic cheeses for example. Great Britain is now wonderfully multi-cultural and array of many types of food in my mind is more than welcome.
