½ Cup Ground Unripe Plantain Powder
3 tbsp Ground Njangsa
2 Whole Fish, Scaled and Gutted
½ Onion( Blend some and save some)
2 tsp Seasoning Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cloves ( Stick matches)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Whitepepper
2 Scotch Bonnets
Oil to Cook

You can use maggi cube. But I used Chicken Knorr Seasoning( Taste same like Maggi)
