      Yes the plantains are sweet. You can also make them with green plantains - it will have a little crunch

    Hi there 👋 I’ll like to make this for my boyfriend. But in the recipe page I notice you said fish oil and coconut aminos but in the video I don’t see when you use it? So I don’t know how to use it. If you see this could you explain please? Thank you 🙏🏼

    Super well done tutorial! We recently tried Cameroonian food for the first time ever in Chicago and loved it. What's the origin of this dish?

    • @kameruno
      @kameruno 2 года назад +2

      At the beginning, this dish was mostly for rich people in Cameroon, because they were the only ones who could afford to buy it. Chicken was expensive back then. So, the plate was named "Poulet DG" Poulet is Chicken in French; DG is an abbreviation of Directeur General (General Manager or CEO). The plate was for CEOs. Those rich CEO's ate it during their lunches at work.

    I don't like maggi because some say it's not good for some people. Too sweet. Give me your reasons, and what you recommend. I appreciate your dishes
