    the most monstrous bike since 2021! nothing sounds like it, and that torque through out the entire RPM range is incomparable

    I love the sound and power delivery of a good v4 engine. Your reactions are how I feel every time I fire up my Vmax 1700. I've never thrown a leg over an rsv4 but I'm sure I would love it. I wish Aprilia would come out with a big v4 muscle cruiser like the Vmax or Diavel v4 cuz that's more my style. Imagine a 1500+ cc version of that engine with monstrous torque in a long and low muscle cruiser chassis. Maybe not for everyone but I'd be all over it.

    Got the 2022 model and for the dame reason. No one else in a 300 mile radius of where i live has one. I got the RS660 at 1st and then traded it in for the RSV4 when thr 660 hit 600miles. Im a bike noob. February 2024 will be 1 year of EVER riding any type of motorcycle. Got the Aprilia race map and Akrapovic Evolution full titanium exhaust on it and its just such an amazing machine! Ive gotten it up to 204mph and I wasnt even trying to. Got back and the top speed recorder for the bike showed 204 on it and i was blown away! Ive loved both the RS660 and the RSV4. I am currently pushing 215whp without velocity stacks. The Aprilia race map restricts 1st and 2nd gear still so once warranty is up im looking at the Brentune! Stock exhaust is indeed very heavy.

    You haven’t seen anything yet…. Put it in AEM one and turn some of the Nannie’s down a bit. Every time I ride it I can’t believe how fast it is. It handles like a 600 and drives out like a missile. I do have an exhaust and a flash. It’s truly a masterpiece of engineering. If only they could torque a damn well nut…

    I have the 21 factory and the 22 base that i use for track. I will never not own ab RSV4. I added the velocity stacks, race filter, upmap flash and the SC project slip on for the factory and i sware the power delivery throughout the power band is absoloutely crazy! I love everything about the bikes!

      Buy the Aprilia. 100%. You can’t ride it and not giggle like a school girl. It’s absurdly good. However, do understand it’s Italian. Quality has significantly improved but expect a few issues. Still, unless you’re considering the Panigale, I don’t think you would fairly compare this to a Japanese or German inline 4. Those are great bikes too but the Aprilia is just different in a good way

  • @Josh-oe4ex

    i have a 2018 r1 and love it. But i'm really really leaning towards selling it and finally getting an aprilia. I've wanted one for so long. The electronics package is on point too. I even heard it's a little more comfortable than the R1. Obviously more power(and a little more weight but that doesn' tmatter). I gotta try one but no one has an aprilia dealership in St Louis anymore! I'm split on my next bike being s1000rr or the aprilia and i just can't say i want the bimmer after watching this. Beautiful machine
    The R1 i have sits high. I'm short af 5ft 7 lol. So this seems like it might be even a hair lower? Wow. Perfection

    • @motomactv
      @motomactv  6 месяцев назад +1

      The newer generation rsv4 sits lower than the previous gen. They did that to make it more street comfortable. I’d pull the trigger on the Aprilia, it’s different! Everyone has an S1000rr! Either bike would be great though man!

    My friend has the 21 factory and I’ll say this. U kno how a big rig sounds when u turn it off, that jerky sound. That’s how this bike feels when u first take off on it. We thot something was wrong wit it and took it back to the dealer. Then he thot he had an oil leak, turns out the bike burns oil and the dealer said he needs to add oil after every 3K miles because it will be low. Then he had another issue and took the bike back in the dealership again for another issue. Nice lookin bike but too many issues for me, especially paying almost $30K. Oh and good luck on parts if u need any. U will be waiting for a while

    • @motomactv

      I’ve def heard the 21’s had issues from several ppl. I think those issues for the 22 models not 100% sure though. But sheesh I’m sorry he went through all that.

    How does it compare with the blade tho?

    • @motomactv
      @motomactv  10 месяцев назад

      The blade def has some weight to it as well but but the cbr and Aprilia make their power in a different way. The cbr may be a bit more nimble and I think is a bit faster as well too but the RSV4 has more premium features, steel braided brake lines, cruise control, optional turn by turn navigation etc. Can’t go wrong with either though.

      Easy fix with a couple of free mods and Gabro flash that turns on fans easier. Free mods are removing charcoal cannister and exhaust servo. Those 3 things on my 2017 Tuono would never go over 205 at a long light in 90+ temps. Friends 2022 RSV4 doesnt go over 210 now with same mods
