Its a add-on / plugin for the VTuber app it scans the screen for the luminosity values and where you put your avatar. It then makes the luminosity value apply to your avatar instead of even brightness over the model. I have seen it used to the effect that a VTuber's avatar is entirely gone due to the dark scene but with her eyes as they glow which creates a light source for high luminosity values for that part of the model. Depending on how good the model was made you can do so cool things with glow effects while using that add-on / plugin.

There is a way to do it without a plugin, but it requires you to do a dedicated layer that borrows its color from a specific pixel on screen, get it silhouetted, and color your VR avatar to alpha on a different layer. Hard to get right and easy to break.

It's a plugin called Sound Alerts, set up by the streamer, and it can allow viewers to play specifically set up sounds for bits or channel points.

While there are definitely times when she does it on purpose, l'd give her the benefit of the doubt on this particular instance.
Verbs that change meaning depending on a particle are something us french usually struggle with when speaking English. It's probable she genuinely meant "take him out" and misused "take him in"
