@@renatodutrarangel112 Some military bases have like a housing complex for families. Basically simple homes. I don’t know how the French do it but if you’ve ever seen like The Stand (90’s) or The Hulk (early 2000’s version) those ones for sure show military suburb homes.

The military bases I was stationed at (at least the US ones) had housing complexes AND schools for kids of all ages. They were basically a completely functioning suburb town.
I somehow doubt that it's vastly different for French ones. I mean, military kids have it rough enough as it is, they can't let them grow up without any kind of education, can they?

It's normal for people to not know many things. I have come to accept that, unless they somehow become doctors, in that case, I want them to lose their job for safety reasons.

Medical school acceptance rates never exceed 10% and the average is about half of that (~5%). And most students are STEM majors, so we know stuff like this. It is more so the level of common sense or "street smarts" that concerns me...
