Hallo, I am a 44 years old man. My symtoms of H.pilori started in march 2020. My doctor gave me antibioticks cure of 7 days in september 2020 . I tried cabbage juce and different suppelments insted.Januari 2021 i was mosly got away from the symtoms but in february it reaccured aggain. From then on i tried on and of herbal naturel supplements. But I was not disseplent to be honest. Now end of september 2022 i got new set of antibiotica cure set for 7 days, and I got the set from september 2020 too in my fridge. But , but I have now all the symtoms of stomach cancer, lost lots of weight too ,I am 167 cm tall and 61kg .There are just few things that I can eat .What is your advice ? Thanks for yor time.
@@mybigstonespriorities8508 Hi there, if you're concerned about cancer, please see yoru doctor to discuss. Otherwise, if you know you have h pylori and have the treatment on hand, this would be a reasonable time to use it!
@@ConfluenceNutrition Hi, thanks for the respons. Yes H.pylori test (stool test) was positive unfortunatly.Should I use the cure that I got in september 2022 only or use the one that got in september 2020 too ? And what if I dont use the PPI ,use only the antibioticks? Appreciate your time.
@@mybigstonespriorities8508 Probably use the recent treatment, as antibiotics to expire after a little while. The PPI is evidenced to improve outcomes for H pylori treatment, if you tolerate it. It's always your choice, but evidence suggests you are more likely to succeed with it. Hope that helps!
I'm not totally sure, but I would guess it's because if the motility is moving slowly, we want it like that during treatment so that the action of the antibiotic is more likely to affect the bacteria.
Please help me. I did treatment for SIBO and I bought motilpro however, I’m still bloated and it’s causing burning sensation like inflammation. What other prokinetic can I try? It has to be over the counter because I don’t have a doctor
Hi Xenia, lots of my clients have noticed similar side effects from MotilPro. According to Dr. Nicole Dinezza, more of her clients have had success with Motility Activator by Integrative Therapeutics than any other herbal/supplement-based prokinetic. Thanks for watching!
Why would you need a prokinetic if you have diarrhea, wouldn't that just be for people who are constipated. If you do a treatment and are having regular comfortable bms than would you still take prokinetics?
Hi Nadia, this is a common misconception...the prokinetic medication helps support the natural cleaning waves of the SMALL intestine to prevent SIBO recurrence. It doesn't create BMs like a laxative. It's a different mechanism of action and serves a different purpose. That said, some prokinetics may provoke increased diarrhea in some people, in which case they wouldn't be a good option. Here's an earlier video I made about prokinetics: ruclips.net/video/KiiwD_IiCmM/видео.html
Hi I know this is not about this video but I just watched one of your other videos on acid reflux I have messaged there to I had an gastroscopy and they found superficial errosions of my stomach and excess stomach acid does that mean I still don't have enough acid in my stomach will any of the things in that video help me do you think x
Hi Rocky, I recommend you watch this video instead: ruclips.net/video/80JudNO2V4A/видео.html And will also say that with stomach erosions, please do not supplement with stomach acid support until that is resolved.
Could Covid be a contributor to motility problems? I developed Methane Sibo after getting a second case of mild Covid. My symptoms came on rapidly about two weeks later (diarrhea, heart palpitations, anxiety, and then a few months later it became more gas/bloating and some constipation). How can I fix this if it was potentially brought on by this virus?
Hi Janelle, yes, COVID seems to be able to live in the GI tract and cause inflammation and irritation for some people. If COVID has led to a case of SIBO, treating for SIBO might help relieve some of the symptoms, but this may also require other steps. Each case is unique, so it's hard to say what would be right for you. Thanks for watching.
What is the best procanitake treatment for sibo methane dominant and less side effects?

What test can I do to test for motility issues?
Why can't a prokinetic be taken while using antibiotics?

Haital hernia
Is someone without a colon more prone to hydrogen or methane sibo?
I really don't know...sorry!

@@ConfluenceNutrition So, where would I turn to for additional help?
@@janellemilazzolau1288 I would suggest either a health coach with experience with this issue or a naturopath.
Make sure to get enough thiamine
So what if the root cause is food posioning, what can we do to prevent relapse?
I have hydrogen sibo and gastritis
Hi Partha, nice to meet you :) How are you managing your healing process?
