I'd REALLY love to watch your FULL reactions to the next 2 Avengers movies! I would sign up for your patreon just for that! Unfortunately, when I watch reactions on YT, it's on my 55in TV, watching on patreon, I have to use my phone, or my laptop, both are terrible for watching movies, even if you've seen it dozens of times, and I have, it still sucks to watch on a small screen. I may be able to use my PS5, but I'll have to try it. I hope to see your full reaction to the THANOS' show, in a couple weeks.

Taika Waititi based Korgs voice and manner of speaking from this huge Maori bouncer he had encountered. He thought the juxtaposition of his look and personality was a gold mine for comedy and based on how much people love Korg, he was right.

Endgame trash
The scene where Thor is able to link with Heimdall is still one of the coolest things in the MCU. Very well-shot.
I'm sure people talked about this, but here we go:
1) Taika the director was the voice for Korg as well.
2) This movie proves that space is where MCU keeps the funny! :)
3) Remember that Thor saw the vision of Ragnarok back in Avengers: Age of Ultron
4) The ship is the same style as the ship Ronan was commanding.

Taika at his finest in this movie, the humor is on point and his Korg voice is so familiar to his fellow Kiwi's
If you see closely you will witness the Loki change to a solid good hero. Is the moment that he came as a savior for the "fame" he craves BUT while there he wears the horns just like the speech in germany , after in the fight he takes it off and throws it to the enemies . Its like he decided to throw his villain side ,or the egotistic side and embrace the role of a hero for the greater good. It is awesome.

Tessa Thompson’s swagger coming off the ship and into the fight at the end with the fireworks going… so, so badass. Like she’s a gorgeous woman regardless but holy hell did that swagger make her just 10x hotter.

My fave bit of trivia from this is Korg's “Just a little Rock, Paper, Scissors joke for you.”. Korg's revolution plans failed because he didn't have enough pamphlets (paper beats rock), Korg accidentally killed Miek (rock beats scissors)...
This is definitely one of the best MCU movies! I'm sure someone else has mentioned this, but...Taika Waititi, the director, played Korg (Rock Man). He brought his personality to it! Also, I guess Chris Hemsworth had mentioned that he didn't want to wear the wig anymore, and they agreed to have his hair cut, so he wouldn't have to. Of course, using Stan as the barber was perfection. One more little tidbit, during the Loki Performance with Matt Damon as Loki and Sam Neill as Odin, the person playing Thor was Luke Hemsworth, the lesser-known brother of Chris and Liam.
So the Broker...the individual who got melted by The Grandmaster...was his cousin. He was last seen shoving Peter Quill out his door after hearing Ronan was involved in the sale of the Power Stone.
Also the Collector played by Benicio Del Toro is the Grandmaster's brother. The Collector has his menagerie and the Grandmaster is the games master for the Contest of Champions.
The monument on Sakaar featured the heads of the Man Thing, the Hulk, The Bi-Beast, Ares, Beta Ray Bill and the Dragon Fin Fang Foom...who apparently were all champions in the gladiatorial games. 😊
When people told us about The Grandmaster and The Collector, it was really cool to know because they kind of have the same vibe so it's a nice touch that they are related!
The Broker wasn't the cousin, he's in GOTG 3 in a blink and you'll miss it capacity.
Thor joing the battle on the bridge to the strains of Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" is one of my top three moments in all the Marvel movies. Another is the Hulk whipping Loki back and forth like a wet dishrag in The Avengers. The top favorite moment is yet to come.
I'm guessing you guys might be tickled to learn that Korg's voice was done by Taika Waititi, the guy who directed the movie.
Not just voice-he was right there wearing the mocap suit.
The rock guy is Korg. He's great. And he makes a rock smashing scissors joke and was defeated because he didn't make enough pamphlets (paper)

Infinity War and Endgame are beyond epic! I can't can't can't wait for you guys to finally watch it!
so in Incredible Hulk, Bruce(Ed Norton) jumps out the helicopter and plumets into the street, Hulk lives and saves the day. In Avengers, Bruce (Mark Ruffalo) talks about his depression and trying to delete himself, and Hulk lives. In this, Bruce jumps out of the ship onto the rainbrow bridge, deleting himself, and Hulk walks it off...Great reaction!

I so want to watch the Valkyrie battle in full. That was such a tragically beautiful scene!
Really fun film. My only real gripe is the casual way they just killed off the Warriors Three. As a kid who grew up reading the comics I loved those characters so I felt they deserved better (especially Volstagg and Fandral - at least Hogun put up a fight).

Not to hype Black Panther up too much, but it’s the only MCU movie to get nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards. (I think Endgame should have just as a “holy shit I can’t believe you guys pulled all of this off and stuck the landing this well” nod but that’s neither here nor there.)

The reason odin said Thor is more powerful than him because when he unlocked the lightning he's power stop coming from Asgard like Hela and Thor tapped into the Odin force which grows more powerful the older he gets because even though hela was more powerful because she was older than thor her abilities were limited to be able to forging dark matter weapons. Her powers were also limited when she was away from Asgard that's how they were able to capture her. Thor's hammer had its own power source drawn from the Odin force that's also why Thor was never weak when he was away from Asgard .

The best line in the movie "he's a friend from work!" was actually a line made by a make a wish kid that was on set for a day of filming. So many cool little tid bits, like the story thor tells about loki turning into snake and stabbing him, you see tom hiddleston almost break character, but it ends up working so well because loki would definitely have found that story amusing as hell. great video you two!

This movie was being filmed at the same time as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. Since GotG2 hit theaters first, Jeff Goldblum's cameo in the end credits marked his first appearance. There is also an outtake when Scurge is about the execute the woman, he is stopped by Yondu
Saw this in the theater when it came out. Most fun I had watching a movie since I was a kid. Enjoyed watching it again with you.
In the comic world, the group of Thor, Hulk and Valkyrie is called “The Defenders”.
I'm glad you guys are still showing love for Thor: The Dark World. Sure, this movie is loads better... but I feel people give that one unjustified hate.
For me... it's reverse order for a lot of the films.
Favorite Thor movies (of the ones you have seen): Thor: Ragnarok, Thor: The Dark World and then Thor.
Same with Iron Man. My favorite was Iron Man 3, then 2 then the first one.
The others get too hard... I loved Guardians Vol 1 and Vol 2 that it would be hard to choose...
Love all three Captain America Movies so much, but each one for very different reasons...
and I love Age of Ultron as well as the first Avengers movie for different reasons...

Honestly love watching your reactions. Im a massive marvel fan, probably seen the movies over 50 times and because of it, theres something great in experiencing my childhood movies, stuff i grew up with, through your fresh eyes? Its like im re-living it. I wish i could experience them for the first time myself but this is the closest i can get and i can't complain. Keep it up. :)

Skurge, the Executioner, was a recurring villain in Thor comics, often scheming with Amora, the Enchantress.
Black Panther is next. Great movie. But after we finally have Infinity War and goddamn is that a masterpiece.

Infinity War was getting close, and the hype was Real!!
This and Thor 1 are my go to for the 'Main 3 Trilogy Hero's', as well as The First Avenger.
Winter Soldier is my Favourite Marvel movie because it parallels with our 'real' world too.

This is the best Thor movie for me personally. Loved them all but this is one of the absolute best in the entire MCU. The one complaint I have is how they did Odin for the entire MCU. Yes he was old but in the comics he is an absolute beast. So powerful he actually scared Thanos and many other powerful universe level bad guys. I understand why they didn't make Odin like that in the movies but man I'd love to see a movie on Odin with his comic book level powers!!. Great reaction as always! Keep it up.
Apparently it took an hour to do Hemsworth's wig everyday. So finally the director said Screw it, lets just have it all get cut off.
Taika Waititi did an amazing job with this movie. He kills the Korg character. Been a huge fan of his ever since.

This is also my favorite Thor film. Loads of fun, Taika Watiti played Korg of course and that was a very fresh character. I think we got just a bit too much Korg at the end, but that is my only complaint.

After the success of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 they recreated the overall vibes and 80's color scheme for this movie. As you could see it worked really well. Unfortunately, instead of taking a step back and returning to a healthy baseline balance of comedy and serious subject matter they chose to keep cranking up the comedy dial from here on, which is one of the reasons the MCU started to falter in phase 4.

This wasn't a Thor movie. This was a Revengers Movie!! and yeah they made Cate as "Hela" distractingly Fire!! Let's be honest, this was Blazing Surtur a Comedy Action Masterpiece!
Taika Waititi stamped his personality all over this movie. Plus, his character, Korg, was brilliant!

I'm so happy you're now at infinity war. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen! Most people don't like Ragnarok. I love it. Taika Waititi is not my favorite, mostly because of the next Thor movie, but I love this movie.

The answer is the director. The director is Taika Waititi (from New Zealand) and he provides the voice of Korg. So, he put himself in the movie. He's a very funny guy 😆
Have you seen the movie Free Guy with Ryan Reynolds? If not you MUST put it on your list. As gamers the 2 of you will LOVE it. It is action packed, funny as hell and also very heartwarming. I promise you will not be disappointed. All gamers should see Free Guy. But the point is that it is another Waititi movie and he is also in it, but not as Korg 😆
