Love this album, so different from my usual listens, but I'm here for it.
A bit late here, glad you reviewed this awesome band. For those who don't have any clue, this is Melodic Death Metal of the finnish variety. It's for fans of Norther, Kalmah etc and obviously Children of Bodom. This is the closest thing of a Norther and COB collaboration btw since Petri former Norther vocalist and still Ensiferum vocalist is the singer of Warmen. Being a huge Bodom fan i'm happy the (lake) Bodom spirit is still alive with Janne and his band 🤘🏾🐐🔥
Very well said. This is indeed Finnish take of the style.
I really enjoyed this record a lot. I knew coming into the comment section, I would see a couple of negative comments toward this record lol. I can see why though as this band doesn’t really fit the hells headbangers/werewolf records punk ethos style of metal that I normally see reviewed in this channel. I’m glad Janne still has this project going, given COB and BAM are gone for good due to Alexi’s passing.
Glad you did enjoy it!
I review albums that are sent tl me: sometimes it's ug bm, sometimes dm and sometimes something like this.
Funny that you mentioned Werewolf and HHB: they indeed don't send me anything 😀
@@RautaMetal I was more so referring to style of metal. For example Grave Desecrator, Sadistic intent, & Black Beast are bands that I can see HHB & WWR carrying, cause it fits that kind of distro. Warmen… Not so much lol. With that said, I’m surprised they don’t send you anything. You’re one of my favorite reviewers on RUclips. Justin Horval who runs HHB has a RUclips channel and uploads very frequently. Perhaps maybe one day we can see a Rauta and Justin collab? 🤔
Heya. I know what you meant, it's just ironic you used those two as examples. I think these labels just don't do physical promotion and that's the reason.
I recently emailed Justin for possible collaboration But he hasn't replied me yet.
@@RautaMetal fingers crossed that it happens someday!
Yeah. We shall see
Love your Abazagorath shirt.
checked it out and feel that its very poppy
Enpä edes koita kuunnella 😊
I can review it with zero words, just a *cringe*
Hm. I wish. I like cringe, but I didn't like this too much.
@@RautaMetal no, I’m saying this music is cringy
I know what you mean, I’m just saying I have hearrd and seen A LOT more cringy music, like this week some ”viking metalcore” which was just absolutely horrible. At least this is just what it is supposed to be: very Finnish melodic metal with a bit of CoB in the mix.
This is typical finnish style of melodic death metal and it's pretty solid, the fact that you don't know that is cringier than anything else broski.
@@sinisterking6009 it doesn't matter that its "typical", its cringy
