Wow, Charlotte's top two coasters are in the same park, right next to each other! That's amazing! Cedar Point is an awesome park! And it's great to hear that SV is still Shawn's number 1! It's too bad you all just missed the summer hours by about a week though. Would have loved for you all to get some night rides!

@53:00 CP really is special. The two world's greatest rollercoaster designers, Werner Stengel and Alan Schilke their masterpieces right next to each other and right where they should be... so fun watching ppl from outside the country enjoying Cedar Point. being 40 min away it wasn't till after visiting a small park in Oklahoma while visiting relatives that I realized how spoiled I was to have it so close and this was back in 97
In the Uk us coaster enthusiasts see Cedar Point as the final boss of theme parks, it's the holy grail. One day I will visit

I love your enthusiasm. Your videos are wonderful you are a great videographer and this is definitely what you should be doing. You were made for this and you couldn't ask for a better fiance. Wishing you both all the best life has to offer. Making videos looks easy however it's VERY time consuming and you have to make videos even if you aren't well enough. The filming and editing is hard work and takes a lot of time.
Also knowing all the up to date information of everything in each I individual park. It takes a lot of study time. It's not as easy as it looks. Kudos to you for all your hard work and fantastic content love you guys

Usually for band trips as a student, you'd pay for the package of your trip, which would include transportation, food, and attractions. My trips were around $400 each back in early 2000s. One of those trips we did get to go Epcot and Islands of Adventure when it first opened.

Aaaah! Memories. Last time I went to Cedar Point was in 2005, and, of course, Top Thrill Dragster was closed for maintenance, so I never got to ride! I did get to ride Mean Streak before its makeover to Steel Vengeance. And got to ride Mantis as a standing coaster before it became a floorless coaster as Rougarou. Really aching to get back there and would have in 2020 if COVID didn't happen, but it's a big plan coming from Australia! Love your reactions guys, wish I was there! xxooxx
Just randomly came across your channel. You guys have such good energy and seem super genuine and good people. Glad you guys enjoyed CP. Luckily I grew up about 2 hours away in Michigan so have been able to go many times. You'll have to come back once Dragater is remodeled.

Great video. If you are looking for things around Sandusky, there are two islands (Put In Bay and Kelly's Island) to visit on Lake Erie. There are also some great sight seeing areas in Port Clinton and Marblehead (a few minutes west of Sandusky). I would recommend getting the Dining Plan when you go to Cedar Point as it makes the food much cheaper.

Another great vlog from one of the best parks out there. We had 5 days at CP last summer and still didn’t see or do everything! Have to agree with Charlotte about Rougarou and the corkscrew - I found them both to be headbangers. Really loving these trip vlogs and following your adventures. Your work ethic is off the scale. Don’t know how you manage all the filming, editing, travelling and full park days but I really appreciate it.

Wow! Just wow! I love Alton towers, Thorpe park, chessignton and all the rides here in the UK but the scale of this theme park is crazy! There is so much to do and so many to ride. It’s practically all the major theme parks in the uk combined or even more! Even a partial zoo 😂

Another great vlog from Cedar Point. To bad the park wasnt open later. summer hours start on June 13th. The Boardwalk is beautiful at night with all the rides and their lighting packages. Forbidden Frontier is their next themed project and possible wooden coaster coming, so we will have to see what happens with it.

They haven't changed those skeleton guys since the 70s and I love it.
Glad I’m not the only one who enjoys trains and coasters! Our number 5 Ward Kimball here at Disneyland is from cedar point! We got it in a locomotive trade in 2005. The Colorado narrow guage at Knott’s Berry Farm and the Disneyland railroad are the only things that can get me to take a break from coasters 😂

Wonderful videos from your Cedar Point trip! It really is a shame that Charlotte didn’t get her credits on Thunder Canyon and Snake River Falls! I guarantee that they would have become her world #1 and #2, pushing Maverick to the bronze medal spot! 😂🌊💦. I am with you on the shrink-flation going on with the food portion sizes. I sometimes just fast for the day at Cedar Point just to get on as many rides with and empty stomach 🤷♂️

It is very common for school bands in a 3 hour or so radius to make the trip to Cedar Point for the day. We paid about $15 per person in the late 1980’s. I believe my niece’s school paid about $30 per person a few years ago. We left early in the morning and came back home around midnight.
I will admit, I wish you two gave millennium force more of a chance with a warmed up ride later in the evening. It has a biggest warm up change in the whole park in my opinion, those two large hills provide airtime I promise! But I totally agree in the morning, millie rides like a monorail after the overbank.
Another great video guys from Cedar Point. Would love to visit this park as it looks awesome. It would definitely be a 2 day park to take everything in and get full experience.

From an outsider point of view, the way you do your vlogs gives the whole experience of a park, not just the rides but including areas around the rides.
other people's videos don't capture them like you both do.
You both work well together, even though split opinion on your no. 1 coasters. but they're in the same park and next to each other.

The Grand Pavilion is so nice. Really great place to catch some air conditioning and take a break, and it was super quiet when I went even though it was a pretty busy day

Absolutely loved watching the 2 day cedar point vlogs! My favorite amusement park! So much fun! I heard you mention you are going to Dollywood this trip also! I live 4 hours from there but have only been a couple of times. We are planning a trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this fall but we probably won't go to Dollywood that trip though. There used to be a theme park an hour from me in Nashville, TN called Opryland USA that closed in 1997. I used to go there a lot as a kid. I am really enjoying your vlogs and so glad you both are enjoying your road trip! 😁

A lot of American parks offer all-day dining passes and they’re usually reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for your visit to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and any remaining Cedar Fair parks!
It’s wild how different opinions are! I couldn’t care less about Maverick and Steel Vengeance is amazing, but doesn’t hold a candle to Ride to Happiness or Time Traveler. Fun seeing your thoughts!

This park looks amazing. I really hope that at somepoint in the future, i can get out to this park.
Performing in a band then getting the day in the park for a free certainly used to be a thing at Alton Towers in the UK. I did it several times in the 90s in the brass band I still play in - including one year when I was 11 and there was a great new ride just opened - 1994, year of the coaster. I don’t think they do it any more.

Charlotte, I love maverick too. It really is an epic coaster. I was there when it was being built - think I went in 2006 (not confident on which year). Got to ride it in 2017 and then again in 2018. Amazing ride! Planning a trip for 2024!

I think in terms of the swinging, Ninja at Magic Mountain is a better suspended coaster than Iron Dragon.
Excellent vlog from the park that has been number one on my next visit list for a few years (Dollywood is number two) Would you also regard somewhere like Thorpe Park to be an Amusement Park too? As far as I can see there is little or no theming there these days. It's also a park that could learn a lot from Cedar Point, coasters don't need inversion after inversion tucked into a tiny footprint, with all that water at the park a ride like maverick would fit in so well!

This has to be close to being the best park in the world! I've always wanted to visit. I also pictured it being much smaller, but it appears to be quite large and expansive. Would you say 2 or 3 times bigger than Blackpool Pleasure Beach?
