Sounds nuts 😂 Seeing the smile the exhaust puts on your face is priceless, everyone says it gets annoying after a while but they’re all just nearing the end of their life, treat yourself don’t beat yourself 😍
A lot of misinformation here, and a lot of wasted money on parts that do nothing for performance. A res delete will do nothing for performance, and most people on the forums say it is a negligible difference. Hardly a must buy, and in fact I’d skip this altogether. Paddle shifter extensions are great and cheap, don’t function any better than stock but do look nice. Changing the steering wheel… I guess if you wanted to? Once again, no performance gain (personally I love the stock steering wheel on my mk7). Spacers, again, do nothing but add weight and have no performance gain. And the body kit stuff? Absolute waste of money with no performance gain (but can look cool I guess). The only thing you suggested that is has any performance gain is a tune. There’s a lot of wasted money here. ACTUAL must have mods: OBD11, Dogbone mount insert/upgraded engine mounts, dedicated summer tires (by far the best mod you can do) on some lightweight wheels, ecu/tcu tune (and for the love of god don’t get a crackle tune).
That machine gun exhaust would last two minutes with me. 😂😂 I don’t know how anyone deals with that crap! There’s a huge difference between aloud epic sound and one where you want to quickly get out your paint gun and go Rambo on it😂😂😂
I own a 2015 R in reflex silver, ex show car with full spec but in manual. I had it res deleted immediately after buying + other mods and I flipping love it!! Would recommend the VAG sport res delete pipe because it was specifically developed by Audi and it doesn’t drone to bad 👌🏽
I’ve had the following fitted by Awesome GTI with no issues.... VWR Racing lowering springs which lowers car by 20mm with Awesome/forge spacers 12mm all round this set up is on my Golf R 7.5...... head over to Awesome GTI in Manchester for advice. I would recommend R600 Raceline induction kit within the top 5 mods as the difference compared to stock is very noticeable.
Funny story I bought my Golf R & was going to get a res delete but my mechanic talked me out of it ..... So I take my car in for the clubsport brake disc upgrade with ds 2500 pads, so he takes it out for a test drive came back & said you have a res delete .. Im atm waiting for the APR catback valved exhaust system with dual layer black 4" tips .... cant wait, these tips are going to look 'kin mega fam ....peace
Hi mate I recently bought a golf r Mk 7.5 and want to get a res delete . I’m based in Leeds is there anywhere you can recommend ? I don’t mind travelling , cheers mate
Sick video fam, i have a stage 1 mk7.5 and its running great, exept vibrations, VW did a check and saw nothing wrong and i have no clue what it can be, any suggestions? its a 2018 model and i've done a bit or street racing 😆, its not a daily though, only weekend car.
Thank you bro. I’d check make sure all your panels are clicked in properly as one of my mates had the same issue turns out his door card wasn’t in properly and was vibrating at normal speed!
Yeah agreed, I never understood the fascination of having so many farty sounds when just driving normally. When booting it a few pops and gurgles is great, but just applying throttle is just silly. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
I really don’t get what everyone loves about the pops and bangs, they sound so shit😂😂😂 a DSG farting is bad enough let alone the popping and banging too😂😂
you are honestly the guy everyone hates driving down their road at night haha
🤣🤣
Sounds nuts 😂 Seeing the smile the exhaust puts on your face is priceless, everyone says it gets annoying after a while but they’re all just nearing the end of their life, treat yourself don’t beat yourself 😍
You've inspired me to mod my Mk7 Gti. Much appreciate the video. Cheers mate!!
Golf R is usually bought not to bring attention to oneself. If after spending a fortune on an R. I would lean towards mods that improve longevity.
What longevity mods do you recommend?
@@rootz420 he will reply to you in another 2 years bro like you did to him!

While they did add the GPF to the newer 7.5s, they removed the resonator to make up for it

Do you have a video of how you changed out your driver side left aircon vent to that display?
You need to do a drive with cameras catching reactions in central 🏆🏆👏🏼👏🏼......
Coming soon!
Like Royal Jordanian 😄

Just found this channel. I don't even have a Golf R and this video got me gassed lol.
I did both ( kw springs and 10mm spacers) with 19““ wheels. It runs without problems.
With your wheel setup, would you recommend spacers or getting wider tyres? Think I’d prefer wider as better cornering and traction
I opted for spacers, the car looks low as it is, I’m happy with the way it is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
DSG Demons aye the car looks awesome mate! Saving for a R for next year and would probably change the wheels and tyres first!
Glad i got the MK7 GTI Clubsport when it was avalible on sale. Best looking Golf ever! 👍
😂😂😂 a little smile with every pop and bang! 😂😂😂. Priceless! Great content geezer, keep it up 👍
BCS powervalve anti drone Res delete. The absolute dogs bits!!
Does it drone at motorway speeds. Be honest, I heard they all drone at different speeds.
Car clapping w no hands 🥵
Thoughts on doing this stuff to a 14 plate 1.4l standard golf tsi, not gti or gtd or r or even r line just the standard one
Cant wait to get my golf r definitely getting it in manual though dsg is boring as hell after a month
Did you get the Golf R ? I got a blue 2016 Golf R 4 months ago. I have a APR stage 1 tune and just installed a neuspeed intake. The car is sick!
Hi mate I recently bought a golf r Mk 7.5 and want to get a res delete . I’m based in Leeds is there anywhere you can recommend ? I don’t mind travelling , cheers mate
Whats the name of the boot spoiler
5 secs in and the pops and bangs sound pretty shit. What the appeal? Fair enough if it’s mechanical but when it’s mapped in , it sounds OTT
Does anyone know if spacers and springs really is a pain in the ass ?
Hey what type of headlights and rear lights are those? Really well put together dude!
🔥 Great video!
💯🙏🏼
Hey I’m planning on getting a used mk6. Is it pretty reliable?
Where do I go to get my car modified
Revo remap is the best

Sick video 🔥 You should do a cockpit POV drive in your Golf R
Nice one bro coming soon! 💯

What did you do to this beast and any suggestions on what I can do to my 2017 vw polo Gti DSG for pops and a lil extra power

What exhaust mods have you done?
All mods are in my walkaround of my car!
What’s the spoiler called the one you have bro?
Do u declare all your mods ? If so how much more are all your mods on top of your insurance
Where did you grab the steering wheel cover from mate?
You know you mentioned about remapping ecu and gear box, what if you have a manual golf r
Get a engine map and a uprated clutch as the standard one will slip and fail
How did u instal that ?
Looking at getting a gti my self defo getting a res delete
Is this the 2015??
Hey, what exactly did they ruin in MK 7.5?
What would be the best brand/make for splitter skirts and defuser for mk7?
Maxton design
Great review bro,
I prefer hearing a Golf make pops at night than a Camaro, I hear that dumb muscle shit every single night at 2 am like people like us trying to sleep.
Perfomance? What best performance parts this car have? Lol 😆
Huh
What were you on when you wrote this comment
What’s was the first thing
Alcantara wheel looks so much better
Great video an lovely car but those pops are far to much for me personally. The rest is spot on though.

That exhaust is fucking dreadful
Yeah agreed, I never understood the fascination of having so many farty sounds when just driving normally. When booting it a few pops and gurgles is great, but just applying throttle is just silly.
Different strokes for different folks I guess.
