As a physicist, I can indeed confirm E + mc^2 = BASS.
Proof: create a 4 momenta called p_mu, its inner product defines the mass in SR: p_mu p^mu = -E^2 + p^2 = -m^2 in units of c = 1 and spatial momenta p. Then, p = sqrt(E^2 - m^2) = sqrt[(E + m)(E - m)] now we simply need to decompose the momenta - clearly you gain momenta when being excited and you can only get excited through BASS, so it is reasonable to introduce a quantity BASS. We can couple this to an observer of characteristic energy being the total minus the rest energy so p = sqrt(BASS*(E - m)), equating the two we easily prove the theorem

The 4-strings is the best for the SLAP, but the 5-strings has a really good sound for the fingerstyle! Really good battle 🎉
Now that you have access to the true low tone of bass, could you make a solo only using the lowest octave available (maybe starting form A#)? I'd love to see what your unique mixed style will create!

I can only be amazed so many times, ( Charles drops a new video) damn it, he did it again.
I'm no bassist, so i can't really SEE the difference, but the 5 String Bass apears to have a richer sound and i think i like it a lot more.
But once again, that's not comparing a 5 String to a 4 String, but comparing a Bass to another Bass.

Charles having a bass battle with Charles is a thing I didn't know I needed until now.
The ending of the slap solos were audibly indistinguishable (sans a slight resonance). Not only was the entire display a phantasmal display of skill, but the fact that each recording synced up so flawlessly is indicative of a true PRO!

I love how you incorporate neoclassical melodies with the bass. This is mostly seen in guitar but sounds pretty amazing on the bass as well!

Honestly I like the sound better on the 5. Your 4 string never had enough weight on the low end always sounded thinner than it should've. Either way, you're a beast of a player I'm just saying I like the tone of the 5 better.

@@infinitesentient3545 be that as it may but, it doesn't change the fact that the 5 string sounds like it's got a -24 db attenuated bell curve by -3 db at about 280 hz to 450 hz range. I mean yeah it sounds good, but for the music this guy's playing? Yeah all bets are off.
@@xenomorph8267 Still sounds better. You go ahead and like what you like. The Schecter wins on tone for my taste. I hear sound, I let it go into my ear hole, apparently you turn into a robot and run it through a spectra-gram.

I like the sound of the 4 string bass better. Not so clean like 5 but definitely with more warm body and I like that in basses.
Should we have a bass slap/tap/fingerstyle collection from youtube bass players in the end of 2020? (like the shred collection)
