The ability to utilize a green screen can really add to any video. This is a CLEAN tutorial. Thanks Michael! (I'm a hanging fabric, Amazon led light special, myself)
Michael, your Awesome sauce. Showing a noob like me how to easily put media on my green screen, where I was frustrated watching people go through color correction settings and chroma key options and all that nonsense. After adding chroma key, I had a black background and didn't know why. You cleared everything up. You ROCK.
Another tip is if you can take advantage of spacing and sit a good bit away from your green screen (if it’s big enough) you’ll lower the amount of green reflecting in your hair or other objects that may be in the shot I.E a table or mic arm. You’ll also lessen the amount of shadow you cast from lighting yourself and can use a more direct fill light instead of bouncing off the ceiling which may not do great for all skin tones. Plus i know women vloggers typically like less harsh shadows which bouncing off the ceiling can cause.
Get yourself some dimmable led lights, color light gels, and a photo/video light meter. They are extremely inexpensive now days and saves you a whole lot from frustration and additional software editing.
Hello 👋 how are you both doing how’s the cat 🐱 good to see your doing ok and wow 76k follows congratulations 🥳 that’s brilliant I came looking to see the old videos but you don’t have them out on here , looks like you made those car payments in the end cool stuff ❤️❤️great to see you on here love and hugs 🤗 stay safe 🥰🤗
I think you do a great show. I’m learning OBS coming from a tv background. I an a Mac user. I just want to get good at using OBS at my church so that I can freelance at it. Oh yeah! I’m an entrepreneur. Keep up the good work!
Great video! I had a question: what about adding your browser to a video? How is this done on OBS? For example if I wanted to do a reaction video to a video I've seen on RUclips. How do I share that screen w/ the viewers?
Hi man you have great videos you have helped me so much. Im getting green screening was wondering what light bulbs you used wattage and were they led light bulbs. Luv your shows Thanks for all you do.
Very excellent video. Directly to the point and clean. These videos have real potentials when live streaming. Thanks a lot. Also is there a way to do animated lower thirds on mac. If you have a video I probably missed that one.
This is only the second video of yours I've watched and it's very obvious that you are a great teacher. You break down all the essentials and include every step which is a huge plus. Thank, Michael!🙏🏻👍🏻
Your tutorials are great, congrats! I just think your image is a little too dark for my liking, but that is just my opinion... Still, thank you for your content!
Thx, not again and again a person who say byu this and this and this is the only right product ^^. I have also personly good result with realy low budget. green fabric and a green LED light and this gives a ok result for not more than 25€ with an very old and bad Webcam. So if you have an digitalcam, this make much better Chromakey too instead a bad old webcam ;-). And what you say, light with softbox (my softbox are white bakepaper, it works perfekt to nebulare the light from the LED Spot. Ofcourse if the people have money, they can buy a greensreen for 100-200€ it looks shure nicer in a living room after a stream than a fabric - but the main point are, both works. thx for this video like goes out! You know that the real star in the video are the cat smile.
this did not work for me, my very green screen appears lighter on cam (used two different cameras) i tried matching the colour with a colour picker of an image i took of myself, using the custom colur tool and everything went grey, including my life.
I just advertised you using this very video to a good friend of mine. Thanks to you, I have the confidence to purchase my own green screen when I can afford a proper one someday. :D
Algorithm feeding comment for the *best* OBS RUclipsr on the platform!
Thanks

You ask for ways to make your video. Move the point closer than 75% into the video.
Mine doesn’t work. Mine still shows that it’s green.
work on your blending your edits
OBS sucks!!!!!! Its given a headache for doing things almost purposefully to make me wanna quit....
Dude lay off the caffeine
Thank you
