FYI, to avoid damaging paint, use a blow dryer to warm up the hook, for about 2 or 3 mins, then remove carefully. Clover is adorable❣

We use the smallest clear command hooks around our inside window frames to hang tiny lights at the holidays. The strands stay straight and don't sag. Looks great from the outside.
So cute! It also made me think about the holidays... 🎄
If you’re talking about the ones that are just clear plastic with a curved piece as the hook (no wire hook), I used those on the outside of my window for Christmas lights. I use them vertically and horizontally, depending on which way the string is going around the window. They worked great. I left them there when I moved, so I hope the new renters got to use them as well.

THe nail hook hangs pictures with the saw tooth hangers on the back too. It is really high up and doesn't show if the frame is a bit bigger.
The ponytail holder with the cord command hook has been a total game-changer for me. It's genius and they are so easy to remove and hang. THIS is where my ponytail holders live now.
"Love on the wall" the reason why I'm subscribing to you RIGHT NOW!!! It cracked me up! 🤣🤣 Also, didn't know I had to let them "set" before hanging the thing on the command hook, good to know! I used it to hang baseball hats on the inside on my closet, maybe since the hats are not heavy that's why nothing bad as happend 🤣🤣
I have put up command hooks all over my house after this video. It's made such a huge difference! I made one discovery: I used a command hook on my shower door to stream my clothes and laundry with a garment steamer. The moisture of the steam made the adhesive less effective and it popped off. I found a suction cup hook that works beautifully, and was able to use the command hook for another purpose. Thank you so much for this wonderful video!
Thanks for sharing your Command Hook mistake about hanging too close to the top of a shaker cabinet door. I might have easily done that too! Also it was great to hear about all the varied and specific kinds of hooks. Great video.

Didn't know they made bottle hangining...brilliant! You really know how to use every inch of storage! I replaced my bathroom towel rack with the large bronze hooks about 2 years ago and they've held up perfectly.
Great ideas. Love the hallway ideas from keys to leashes and even art. 🖼 Are the nail strips magnetic? I’ve not seen these before. You can glue magnets on command hooks and glue metal discs or metal buttons on dish gloves 🧤 and you have less bulk and hangs easily. Edit note. Perhaps instead of saying “be careful” twice at the beginning in regards to removing hooks, say specifically what you mean by be careful. “Pull down or up along the wall not out towards you” or “ use a hairdryer to warm the adhesive so you can slowly pull it away”. You are helping so many think differently about keeping home. You have such a positive attitude. Peace
I too live in a small space & use various ones EVERYWHERE! I don't recall you saying this, but ALL of the Command hooks are reuseable! All you need to purchase is more of the strips. I use the white plastic ones in my shower for loofahs, back brush, to dry wash cloths and for my razor. I always stock up on the 3m products when stores do buy 1, get 1 free sales!

Yes, I did neglect to say this! I think I've broken a couple, but most I've had for years and just moved from place to place!
Joanns and Michaels also carry the Command Hooks so when I don't need anything and I have a 40% off coupon, or even better the 50% off, I buy command hooks. Joanns near me has a real good variety.
I use small clear command hooks to hang LP Albums on the hallway wall as art. 2 on bottom corners, and 2 on top corners is best for security but really just having one on the top facing down to make sure the album stays flat against the wall works too.

Just hung up a new simple curtain rod with two, clear plastic CHs to hold the rod. Perfectly simple! They really do help you get organized, especially with limited storage space!

Can use waxed dental floss to 'saw' between the wall surface and Command Hook strip to remove, any remaining adhesive can be stretched off or warm up with hair dryer to soften and roll off with fingertips.
There is a larger version of the Sticky Nail/Universal Hanger that holds up to 8lbs, use only one hanger or hook per item hung as stated on Command packaging (using two is not recommended as neither are centrally loaded as required and one hanger/hook will always be higher and will bear the brunt of the weight and will come down)

I use them for everything! Hung the small clear hooks in my closet for all my necklaces. And Costco sells the really big packs of the hooks (clear or white) which are great for kids’ dorm rooms (hanging those twinkle lights) & pictures. I love the Velcro for lightweight picture hanging too, also helps steady frames on walls / keep from tipping/sliding 😉

Use them to hold up a curtain rod! I even used command hooks and two 10 foot long PVC pipes as a curtain rod to hang curtains across my classroom Windows that were 18 feet wide.

I used two or three of the large satin finish metal hooks to hold up a curtain rod. Probably the biggest hooks I ever bought. The worked just fine.

That's awesome! I've had some of these hooks for like 10 years it's CRAZY!
I have quite an assortment myself. You have to be careful that your adhesive strips aren’t too old. I used a couple to put up a metal key rack and a few days later, one side of the rack had come loose because the hook fell off. Once I got another strip that wasn’t yellowed with age, the key rack stayed up.

I love Command hooks! I live in Brazil, so we don't have anywhere near such a wide selection, but I love what I have! Thanks for the tip for hanging gloves. I was using just one binder clip to hold both of them, and since my hook is on the door, it would fall off every time I took the gloves off and shut the door. Now I know what to do! (P.S. I love the citrus Listerine haha)
btw - it's a super easy way to put up a thin curtain rod. I have the most inexpensive window treatment - found the right lite brown burlappy drapes discounted.

I used one under my bathroom sink for my hair dryer. Awesome! Also have them for potholders in kitchen and under sink for my dustpan. Have the pretty silver ones on bathroom door and bedroom door to hang towels.

I just saw an add for those spray bottle hooks and was thinking of getting some. Glad to hear you like them.
I used command hooks to hang a toilet brush on the cabinet next to the commode instead of having it sit in a holder on the floor. It looks neater, and is handy. Love your ideas, and did not know of all the different ones that you use. Will be looking for some of them at my local hardware shop. Thanks for the tips and hacks.

I’m a newbie! Love, love, love this video! Cooper is gorgeous (so are you, btw) and I subscribed almost immediately after the video started. You have a magnetic personality and you’re a very good communicator. I’m a curly girl, too, and have longer hair that I use a ton of the elastics on. My mind was blown with your cord holder for them! And I’ve never seen the command hook spray bottle holders, but we have to have our bottle of water, don’t we? Love that idea! So many great ideas!
I love Love Love command hooks too! I use them in the shower (Matt tiles mean the sucking hooks don’t stick & I don’t want to drill into the tiles), I use the picture strips for hanging baby monitor cameras, plus a million other uses...

3M needs to hire you! You do a way better job of marketing their products than they do! I was already using a command hook to hold my hair bands inside my medicine cabinet, but they would pop off if I opened the door too quickly. I had never seen the cord bundler you mentioned. There were like so many command hooks that I didn't know exist! So many good tips! I had to look up what Chuck it was because I haven't had a dog since I was a kid, lol!
I did have a tip for you: when hanging something like your key holder that has those little screw hole alots in the back, put a piece of masking tape all the way across the back and use a pencil to mark where they are on the tape. Then, just peel the tape off and use it as a template to stick on the wall and mark where your hooks need to be!
Oh, and the frame on the cabinet doors: the vertical part is called a stile and the horizontal piece is called a rail. :)
