City aka Sosua Lights is not open yet. For all who don't know its basically a Haitian club. 98% of the chicas that go there are Haitians but they play all kinds of Music. Don't expect to find it jam packed. As a matter of fact it's usually half empty. You'll find a few girls there that don't want to hang out on the strip/street or don't go to the big clubs.
