2:28 Walmart has grass fed, grass finished ground beef for under $5/lb if you buy the 80/20, and just over if you get more. The 93/7 is still less than most conventional of the same ratio.
I wanted to like the keto diet but it was just impossible, I felt horrible. I then saw a review about the Agoge diet and I tried it and it was awesome.
Very Helpful, Especially the numbers. I will be posting the Budget in Bali as a comparison just because I am curious how much Keto actually costs here in Indonesia in comparison to the US.
BRIAN - excellent video man! I personally prefer kale or spinach over romaine because they're darker (hence more nutrients). But no biggie - lettuce has its place too! Peeps could get dozens of meal ideas from this!
I like leaner 93/7 for the higher protein. I don't miss anything in terms of flavor since I add sauces anyways. Also if I'm buying conventional ground beef, I feel like most of the nutritional/quality difference between conventional vs grass-fed shows up in the fat, so I like to downplay the fat content. But other considerations would be your caloric needs and if you want those additional calories from something like 85/15 if you're a large or highly active individual (I'm not either of those things) and cost/budget. Leaner versions can be more expensive than fattier ones. If you're trying to lose weight I'd go with the 93/7 and add a bit of sauce for flavor.
like I said I try to get around 1 gram per pound of protein which for me is roughly 150 grams. this usually ends up looking like about 50 grams for meal 1 and 100 grams for meal 2. so that bigger meal is like 1 pound of lean ground beef.
My persistent belly fat is so stubborn that I tried the keto diet, saw some results but felt terrible. The *Agoge diet* on the other hand I saw the same results but felt great.
Keto should not be followed by healthy people, and there must be medical supervision. If you want to get rid of fat or cellulite then definitely try the Agoge diet, it worked wonders for me.

Thanks Andrew! Kale and spinach are great too.
Watch spinach and silver beet or Swiss chard and chocolate very high in oxalates so are almonds
@@ritalawson7020 Right! For those of us sensitive to oxalates, the romaine and other leafy lettuces are a better option!
For the Ground Beef what ratio version do you recommend? 85/15, 90/10, or something else?

Love this video, but especially glad you are going more carnivore! Heard great long term benefits and it has helped my chronic pain!
How much ground beef/protein are you typically eating in a meal?

Brian,
Great videos, about how many grams of dietary fat do u shoot for a day?
Wow such great ideas for simple keto carnivore. 👍👍
Glad you like them!

Most of us are here for family budgets
Great video but not budget friendly. I do $100 a month on keto
One bottle of dressing costs $12 . Stop smoking the pipe
Make your own dressings
