    Interestingly, in a purely theoretical world with 100% efficiency, you should have only spent about 9% of your battery on that liter of water. Using close to twelve means that your system is about 75% efficient. Not too bad, most kettles are at 80%.

    Brilliant choice of tests using the InstaPOT! Why not? That could incredibly useful and establishes a repeatable "baseline" let's say for comparison across make/model/manufacturers. 👍

    You mentioned it could be used as a UPS for a pc....does that mean it has a nice pass through connection that switches over if the power goes out, or does that mean it does ok with being plugged in while being discharged? The big emergency lithium iron battery pack that we got specifically said not to have it plugged in while discharging or it can reduce battery life...unless I am remembering wrong, which could be.
