@@CorpseFreeKitchen I like that you mentioned prepping sauces. I just take that one step above: pico, guac, sauteed shrooms, etc. You get the idea. I like doing different "meats" - shroom-walnut, lentil "beef", TVP "beef" and freeze those into individ serving. Your's are stellar tips!
I constantly fall into that trap of thinking I can both grocery shop AND meal prep in the same day! Thanks for the tips, now that it's "soup season" I'll try freezing bigger batches.
I found that I like prepping "ingredients" instead of whole meals. As a solo vegan, meal prep can get boring.
Agreed! I need to get more acquainted with prepping ingredients, but my creativity takes over and I can't stop myself lol
