In the United States people would have returned that Hamburg steak for being way too undercooked. We overcook most of our burger meat in the US, probably because it’s not nearly the same quality and would be dangerous to eat that rare.

@7:03 the video states "That's the meat that was just cooked." To me this meat does not appear to be cooked. It is still raw. Can you please clarify and adjust verbage if necessary.
