Saw Tegan and Sara this past weekend at Music Midtown and hearing them live was a dream come true! They played this song and countless favorites that I literally started crying in the middle of The Con. You never know how much you love a band until you see them in person and can openly cry at a concert. Great job this weekend ladies! You really did stop the rain storms once you started playing. Love from Atlanta, GA!

Insanely late, but I just wanted to say that there is a big difference between mainstream pop and other forms of pop.
The mainstream trash is, well, trash. (British) New Wave, Indie, Dream, and Synth pop are completely different though.

After doing this for 16 years and JUST NOW breaking into the top 40 and getting mainstream recognition, I think T&S are entitled to make whatever kind of music and music videos they want. Whether or not you like Heartthrob, you can't disagree that with all their hardwork through the years, this success is sorta owed to them.
Fresh pop sound! Is good, love their old stuff too, but is nice to see they're evolution in music and the way they can do acoustic music, as indie rock and now pop! Love that two

I think this video shows an extremely realistic view of how relationships are in this technology age. To say good-bye is always hard, and I think the meaning is even more powerful with this simplistic video.
Tegan and Sara are amazing artists. I just started listening to them last year and can't believe I lived my entire life without their music. Haha ok, dramatics aside, I really do love their music and art form, and this video is a good representation of their artistic style.

What people fail to understand is that everything and everyone including Tegan and Sara grow and change, focus on the change part, stop holding on to the past so much, enjoy their old and new stuff, stop living in the past, nothing stays the same, if they made the same music forever they would not gain an audience cause most people grow and leave, that's how it is, we change to adapt to the new situations in life or else we wouldn't survive, it's the same thing to music.

I think I was always/already ready to be just friends with her, but she’s liked me for years, and it’s really unfortunate that this didn’t work out.
