Hikkel is the idea of swapping Sunny and Kel’s roles, the name Hikkel comes from combining Hikik and Kel (Hikik being the first part of Hikikomori)
This is supposed to be the “Tussle Among Trees” replacement, think of it sort of like the Underswap for Omori
