im brasilian and this is the first time ive seen someone call our language cute with the amount of times its confused with russian (me included) i thought it was one of the more harsh and "intense" languages
Coming from a Polish speaker, when I gave Brazilian Portuguese a shot it was the softness of all the sounds that was challenging. If it's compared to Russian it's probably less about the actual harshness and likely more about the amount of "sh" type of sounds, which i personally wouldn't consider harsh

No no, European Portuguese sounds very uncute and russian like if not spoken by a grandma. But Ive never spoken to a Brazillian whose accents I didn't find adorable. You literally speak kawaii portuguese, high tones, more open vowels, even your swears sound cuter 😭
This is honestly one of my favourite conlangs in a while. I feel that it very much captures the complexity and messiness of real world languages, so I'd say you kind of nailed that aspect. If you ever decide to make more vocabulary, I'd love to have a go at learning Lalűta someday, I think it would be a fun hobby :) A note that I have about the phonology in particular (which I assume you probably already considered but I'll point it out anyway): it's oddly similar to a combination of Irish Gaelic and Old English; the former due to how consonants change based on front/back vowels, and the latter through how Pre-Old English used to have front versions of it's back vowels (æ, ö, ü/y), but eventually ö devolved into e. In the case of Lalűta you could also say that æ/ä also devolved into plain a, but kept the consonant mutation (in case anyone would want to reconstruct a sort of "Old Lalűta"). All in all though, really great video for a great conlang! Love the periphrastic verbs, the script, and the funky sound that this language has. Very cool :3

I don't trust a language made by an elite ponkotsu! But actually that orthography is beautiful. Obviously there are comparisons that can be made to Mongolian and Devanagari but I still think it's very unique and recognizable

I guess that's where AI of some kind would come handy, I mean voice cloning TTS technology already exists, combined with IPA input would make a lot of sense for this weirdly specific use case...
