@@fyi6513 thanks i checked, its illegal to remove saari guard, and chalaan may issue from Jan 2022, but why i am concerned about this because. i removed saree guard and also removed pillion seat from my RE classic 350, whereas removing pillion seat is not illegal now if there is no pillion seat installed on my bike then removing saree gaurd should not be an issue? Right?

Police can challan you, saree guard is mandatory for bikes like helmet is mandatory. Ask in RTO or ask traffic police man.
