Hello my name is Melissa I am in need of a service dog for my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POST) I passed out a lot my blood sugars, sometimes both really low and my I have to go out a lot on my own. I’ve already fell and hit my head on the ground outside being on my own and it’s very dangerous. I need a service dog to balance itself and let me know when I can afford it. I live on fixed income. Is there anyone that information where I can get one or sign up to get one please it would be appreciated.
