Thanks for this info bro. A quick one, do any of them offer scholarships?
You’re welcome. Some (or all) of them would have scholarships. You’ll just have to check because these things are program specific.
Sir,
I got an admission letter from the New Jersey institute of technology in ms-cs is it worth studying at this University?
I v subscribed from Zambia
Thank you so much for the support, Tracey. I really appreciate it!!!
Hi . Very useful video. Thank you for making this.
Can an average student do phd in USA ?
Of course!!! Anyone can do a PhD in US. Average is just applicable is some areas. Everyone is great in something.
There are several success stories of people that finished undergrad with 2.0/5.0 and are currently doing PhD here. You might have to put in more work, no doubt, but YES it is possible.
Keep hope alive
Wow data science student in the US. that's my dream bro. I am currently looking for a MSc programs in data science in the US, hope I find one affordable soon🤞🏾
Pray your dreams come true very soon. 🙏
There are several MSc data science programs here in the US. You can start off by checking my former school BGSU.
William Paterson University is good please tell me sir and visa acceptance rate
I graduated high school with 2.8 GPA.
And did many extracurriculars. I got 4.0 in senior year so it raised my GPA from 2.5 to 2.8. At least something.
Got 1520 in SAT, 35 in ACT english and 36 ACT math, I got into biomedical engineering i am in senior year i will graduate in may, my GPA at the moment is 3.7 i will try to rise it up, i want to go med school. I was not the best at high school, but my dream is to become a doctor. I am studying for MCAT i will return when i get my scores.
Yes and your dream can definitely become a reality. I’m cheering you on. 👏👏
Would it be possible for me to get a fully funded PHD after bachelors? Even if I don't have much prior research work? Do you know any people who got it? Also, are the universities you mentioned in this video all R1/R2 universities?
Yes, it is possible to get fully funded PhD straight after Bachelor’s. I have 2 friends that have done this. Good news, one is also a RUclipsr: youtube.com/@AmaraOsuji
The other person got 3 fully funded PhDs with just HND.
You might need some form of research experience though even if it’s your final year project.
Some of these universities are R1/R2. I’d advise you do research on the schools you’re interested in.
@@NzubeOhalete Thank you so much !!
You should have to write down your lecture on your scene of video that's why odiousne can be understanding your English spease
Hello prof, i want to do PHD in mechanical engineering, i have 16 yrs related working experience. I studied mechanical and production engineering with GPA 2.92(WES) , Also did not have masters, so i want school that does not need masters for PHD. Can you share your opinion, thanks.
Hmmm. Good question John. Your 16 years of “related” work experience gives you a good edge. This is because they consider everything in your application not just your 1st degree. Your application is unique so I’ll ask that you leverage on relationships when applying.
What I mean is find schools that offer PhD in mechanical engineering without master’s and connect with their grad coordinator. Share your story with them and get their go-ahead to apply before you apply. Do this for as many schools as possible till you get the desired number of applications you’re shooting for. (Hopefully at least 5).
Good luck 👍
Sir what about Wilkes University
I just saw that their acceptance rate is 94.8% which is very high. You can do more research on them although they aren’t an R1 or R2 University.
Sir what about bay Atlantic University
Just saw on Google that Bay Atlantic University has a 58% acceptance rate. That’s somewhat competitive but not bad to apply to.
Hello sir , please does this university consider second class results
Hi 👋 It depends on the University and the specific program. A lot of Universities consider 2nd class upper results. Some consider 2nd class lower too.
@@NzubeOhalete thanks 🙏 sir. Sir please does American colleges offer post graduate diploma programs
Why do they don't give full scholarship for undergrad student's
This usually depends on the University. Finding full scholarships isn’t impossible to find but you might just have to look harder.
Bro high acceptance rate, how about passing grade? I saw in Malaysia mostly high acceptance but passing grade very hard. We like a cash cow 😂
Good point. Passing grades for tests could vary between Universities though. That’s something I know they consider for scholarships.
@@NzubeOhalete thanks bro
Please hope they're all public universities
Yes, they are all public universities. It’s indicated at the right hand side of the Google search screenshot for each school.
@@NzubeOhalete thanks
Is it fully funded scholarship
These are just the schools with high acceptance rates. You’ll have to do more research on each school to see if they give fully funded scholarships.
