If Canada is a priority, you will need an application fee. There are a few universities that offer application fee waivers but they do have caveats attached. Most also don’t require the GRE and IELTS (native English speakers).

I am on the look out lol. But it’s common in Europe except the recommendation letter example. France has scholarship, no GRE, no application fee 🙃.

Hi Oluka,
Rules change daily. Requirements for programs also are different. In the same school, program A will have a scholarship and application fee waiver and program B will not. This is why you need to search for yourself. At least you have a starting point for your search instead of not knowing where to start.
