      Exactly! Orqa pilot goggles -
THE WORST value in all of FPV!
WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY THESE, when DJI V2 goggles are the same price?! 🥴🤷😩
Add the URUAV analog adapter with the metal case ($29 for the pair) and an analog module and you are set! Superb image quality for analog with the DJI goggles - one goggle to do it all! Plus fully adjustable FOV from 54 degrees down by 10% increments. Contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. to tweak them exactly to your liking. Fantastic! 😎🤘
Plus, if and when Porkqa comes out with their digital adapter, probably next year, it'll be a tack on, sit on top, Jerry Rigged joke! Lololol who wants to pay over a GRAND, I'll bet, to get digital when it's a Jerry Rigged tack on the top unit?! 🥴🤷🙈 H O K E Y !
For that much dough, you can buy the DJI V2's and approx. 3 or 4 Caddx Vistas and convert your analog drones to digital, depending on how much the Porqa digital tack on system ends up screwing you for.
      😳🙄

      2. It costs too much! The URUAV analog adapter V3 with the metal case is $29 for the pair. Mounts solid as a rock on the side, and go on and off in 3 seconds!

*I think* the digital whoop boards people have shown demos of are for HDZero? The digital 5.8GHz Orqa showed at CES is about the size of a Vista, if not an Air Unit? So might not fit on the more ickle quads.

    • @KOrnhOliO1
      @KOrnhOliO1 2 года назад

Yeah, and that unit was only 200mw. But, if you aren't from the USA, or a country that allows more than 25 or 50mw, you get only that. They've already said there will be no hacks to allow countries that it's illegal to fly over 25mw to get more than that. The US will have 200mw, but not Europe. If you want that and you're over in Europe, you'll have to import a VTX from the US.
THE 1000mw VTX IS GIGANTIC! Probably not fitting in even most 5" quads.
And, knowing Porka, they'll pork us big time on that sucker! 🥴💸💸💸😫

Hey stew, good to see you back in flying form. Love the new setup but if I had to complain about 1 thing it would be the cameras being all having different colour grades. Mid cam is contrasting nicely, side cam is warm and buttery but the overhead is blow out. Can just be a bit jarring on jump cuts. Anyway love the vid, stay safe and keep flying!

Written by a guy who has no friggin' idea that the DJI V2 goggles make fantastic analog goggles! URUAV analog adapter with metal case! $29 for the pair. Add a module (I use the $40 FuriousFPV Lite module which works surprisingly well!) and you are flying analog with the V2 goggles. We can adjust the FOV and bring it down a bit from the vast 54 degrees to around 80% of that (for me anyway). I also tweaked the contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. to get it exactly dialed in to how I like it. One goggle to do it all! 😎🤘
Of Course, once you fly DJI digital is hard to want to ever fly analog again! Lol 🥴🤷😆

    • @KOrnhOliO1
      @KOrnhOliO1 2 года назад +2

@@kebabkungen90007 ... Definitely the DJI V2 googles! Image quality is spectacular! Just yesterday, I went to a park with a huge grove of oak trees - there nust be over 100! With the V2's I could fly through the middle parts of the tree branches, about 20 feet off the ground, right through the scraggle and ghost branches! Now, because it's winter, there are no leaves to tell you where the ghost branches are. Even flying closer to the ground with analog, I would hit low hanging ghost branches all the time and crash - Because you simply can't see them until you hit them!!!
It was the first time I could ever fly through the branches, and it was soooo much fun!! Weaving through gaps about 1 foot x 1 foot, but now with the V2's I could see exactly how much space I had. With analog I never dreamed of even attempting that. In fact, it would be a sure way to get your quad stuck up 20 or more feet in a tree! lol
IMO, A N Y analog goggles over about $250 bucks is too close in price to just going with the DJI V2's!! I feel the image quality can only be rated a 10 out of 10 with the V2's because it's, without a doubt, the best FPV has ever looked, by a wide margin. In fact, the best analog I'd have to say is a 5 out of 10 and that's with a $35 - 40 Ratel camera and a very high powered RushFPV $50 VTX. The Orqa pilot goggles have to be THE WORST value in all of FPV! $569 without an analog module - which most pay $120 - $150 for. So, you're over $700 BONES just for analog - with a mere 37 degree FOV! GEEZ... :(
WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY THESE, when DJI V2 goggles are the same price?! ($569) 🥴🤷😩
Add the URUAV analog adapter with the metal case ($29 for the pair) and an analog module (I got the FuriousFPV Lite module for only $40 and it's awesome!) and you are set! Superb image quality for analog with the DJI goggles - One Goggle to do it All! Plus fully adjustable FOV from 54 degrees down by 10% increments. Contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. to tweak them exactly to your liking. Fantastic! 😎🤘 And, when DJI goggles came out, everyone said they were soooo expensive - HA! Now they're the best value in ALL of FPV! LOL
Plus, if and when Porqa comes out with their digital adapter, probably next year, it'll be a tack on, sit on top, Jerry Rigged joke! Lololol who wants to pay over a GRAND (I'll bet) to get digital when it's a Jerry Rigged, tack on the top unit?! 🥴🤷🙈 H O K E Y A S
      E
      L
      L
For that much dough, you can buy the DJI V2's and approx. 3 or 4 Caddx Vistas and convert your analog drones to digital, depending on how much the Porqa digital tack on system ends up screwing you for. And, even if it's fantastic, it's as big as the original DJI Air Unit! - which is pretty much only for 5" and above. Their 1000mw VTX is so big it won't even fit in most 5" frames, and I'm sure some companies will design new 5" frames with the space needed to fit that huge VTX in, but then that's a bunch more for a custom 5" frame. Those all typically over $80 !!!
All my fun flying is at small parks about 3 minutes from my house (the oak treed one is only that far away! LOL), and I only fly 3.5" and below at those small parks and they don't bother anyone! Quiet and HELLA FUN! That one I flew through the oak trees was a little 2.5". Places to fly 5" are harder to find, and I don't fly in big open fields like schools have - No Fun! IMO, 5" quads are so overrated. Noisy, big, intimidating to other people, and need a ton of space, so harder to find spots to fly them...
The KARENS will be a complainin'! ;)
So, Bottom Line, I think people are nUtS for even considering analog goggles when the DJI V2's are $569. =(:^)-

@@Tompar16 The Vista isn't that much more expensive when you compare APPLES to APPLES! Vista's start at $139...Now remember, it has a 1200mw VTX, a top quality camera, and a DJI receiver all built in. A top quality analog VTX that comes close to doing 1200mw is around $50 in analog from RushFPV and a few others. A best image quality analog camera is around $35 - 40, and a receiver is around $25. Totaled that is approx. $110 - 115.
Don't go telling me you can get those items for less money with similar quality! That's not apples to apples! We need to compare LIKE QUALITY!
Plus, you can buy the DJI V2 goggles for 569 the same price as the Porqa pilot's! OH, but wait, you get nothing for $569 from Porqa, you have to add an analog module for typically between $120 - 150 bucks! So, you are at about $700 bucks to get analog! For that with DJI you can get V2 goggles and a Vista!
And, for only $29 for the pair, you can get the URUAV analog V3 adapter and the metal case and have superb analog on your V2 goggles and have one goggles to do it all! And, I have that adapter, and it works fantastic! No flimsy tack on with tape like the v1 and v2, this is metal with a slide in slot, so it's solid as can get and really refined. Best analog image quality I've ever used and we get 54 degrees FOV that's fully adjustable at 10% increments. I use it at about 80%, myself. 100% is so huge a FOV it's a little too big for me to grasp at the moment, lol, but that's why it's adjustable! As is the contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. so you can tweak it to your exact liking! You simply can't beat the value! Porqa, that's it's problem - a terrible value for your dollar! :(
You know damn well that once their digital tack on, Jerry Rigged, sit on top digital adapter come out, can you say HOKEY for that much Ca$H, lol (probably next year knowing Porqa's speed!) it's gonna be something around $1000 - 1200 bucks! Whoa! For 200mw in the USA, and only 25 - 50mw in Europe, with no hack to get you more power, that he's made very, very clear!!! You guys go for those, I'll go for a great value, best image quality ever in FPV with DJI v2's, and superb reliability! Remember, the V1 Porqa's were anything BUT reliable! ;)

@@ivanjelusic1730They said testing of digital sometime in the summer. Porqa is notoriously slow, so that translates to possibly fall, and then by the time they get through manufacturing, debugging, distribution, etc. I wouldn't expect the digital, Jerry rigged, tack on, adapter to be available until sometime next year.
It'll be a friggin miracle if it's out this year.
Remember slow... Then back it down two speeds! Lol
It'll be so expensive with those pilot Porka goggles it's kind ridiculous to even think about the system! 🥴🤷😩
Then when it does come out for I'd expect over a GRAND for the pair, you still have to buy the VTX, for I'm sure another Porker price and it's big, like the original Air Unit, do forget about anything less than a 4 or 5" quad. 😎🤘

Live feed was awful, no sale here based on this review. Very un-impressed.

Live feed quality depends on many factors outside of Orqas influence. We are refactoring the whole app to make the feed more robust.

This goggles mentions field of view. field of view it mention but not the same as angle of view. best goggles on the market mentions field of view while best camera manufacturers mention angle of view. angle of view changes when same lens is used with different camera sensor. camera sensor when smaller reduces the angle of view. same lens on full frame give a wider angle of view allowing more width of scene at given distance. never the less. here they state field of view. stated like a well spoken English man who sounds a little strange. So what is Angle of View? No idea. Oh well. Bye Bye.
