He wasn’t even supposed to make the team. Then he ended up winning back up. That’s crazy. I think he’s going to be a good QB but he will end up playing for a different team that will be rebuilding and needs a starter. Obviously he can’t start in Chicago.
I mean he came off the bench 1st year with hardly any reps and matched Justin’s game averages, after 3 years in the NFL, and getting all the reps. Be interesting how much better he can get.
@@youtubeconnollyfamily He signed for 3 years for about a million a year. If he is any good, it's a great contract for the Bears. He played a lot in the preseason last year but with Caleb needing snaps it will be interesting to see how the snaps are allocated between Williams, Bagent and Reed. Hard to imagine Reed overtaking Bagent for backup given his performance last year. One thing for sure, no one will outwork Bagent.

Tyson better be a Bear for life! No matter how good Caleb is, I will always look forward to when Tyson is setting foot onto the field. He’s got a spark in him that I haven’t seen out of any Bears QB since I’ve been a fan. Huge fan of this kid!

No way. He will do very good in preseason and if Caleb gets banged up and goes out for a quarter Tyson will come in look good. I think a team that is rebuilding will trade for him in about a year or two. He will be starting, but for a different team. When you have a good backup. Teams don’t tend to keep them for so long for obvious reasons. If they are meant to be a starter, they will be. Even if it’s for a different team.

As stated many times, I thought from very early in camp that Tyson had a real chance to make da Bears. Playing Div II (now I-AA) myself LONG ago, I am a fan of the underdog & smaller school talent...and so watched him in earnest. What I like most is--in spite of dad's big personality--which might at times to appear over the top (😁😁--but I like him !), Tyson is very even-keeled, driven, focused & his OWN man.🤗👊 I suspect if Tyson keeps that commitment--he will have a very long, successful NFL QB career--and I hope it is all with da Bears !! #GoBears !

Tyson will be a very good quarterback in this league. Sadly, I think he will end up being a starter and obviously it will be on some other team that is rebuilding and trades for Tyson. In about one or two years.

I have been following Travis for many years, so it was so cool to see his son GoPro because Tyson has been talking about his son making pro for like 15 years now. No one believed him at the beginning, but so freaking cool. Travis‘s personality. He could be running a TV show in Chicago. He’s meant for that stuff.

I still remember as a patriots fan laughing my ass off when the Jets drafted Zack with the second pic. I could not believe they did that.
The Jets should offer Chicago a good package to get Tyson because once Aaron Rodgers gets hurt again, probably in the first game of the season. They will be screwed. Do you want someone like Tyson playing games getting better because I think he can be a pretty good starting quarterback in this league. Kid was not even supposed to make any team and she beat out the second string QB as a drafted player. That has Cinderella story written all over it. He just needs time. Caleb, WILLIAMS and Chicago now. Tyson will never get that opportunity. He will end up going to a different team guaranteed. Unless which is unlikely but Caleb ends up stinking. Then the fans just start chanting for Tyson.

Absolutely love this family, I’ve been watching Travis arm wrestle and beat the top guys in the world for many years when he was in his prime! The guy truly was a beast and still is! He also is a great father! He raised Tyson up to be a damn good young man!
You would think Tyson would be over the top like his dad but he is not, which just goes to show that Travis taught him respect and morals and good ethics, plus there was WV and good country people. Not to mention Tyson. Is an underdog, coming out of division 2 football.. and he has the TB thing going on. What is not to love! I really hope that boy gets to play this year! He has absolutely worked his ass off and I know he went 2-2 but it’s rare that ANYONE comes in the league and starts winning right off the bat! Look at Peyton manning and a zillion others. I’ve read articles where people criticized Tyson and said he isn’t a long term solution, there is no way of knowing that. I’ve been watching football for 30 years and what I saw was a guy who has the it factor and isn’t afraid to throw or run or do whatever he needs to make a play, but also isn’t afraid to live for another down. Maybe I am biased but if I was a team I would build Tyson a good Line and then put everything into him being the long term solution, why? Because I know he will work way harder then guys like Justin fields and these other talented guys who it came natural to who doesn’t work as hard!
Tyson is a grinder and will work from daylight to sundown, he has those attributes like Brady did early on !
Not saying he will be Brady, but saying they have a similar story, in terms of being the under dogs, not super talented but very hard workers with a lot of heart and got the same initials and lives by studying the play book

@@pttthhh how do you know? You have literally zero clue to know how good Caleb will do in the NFL. We have seen Tyson play in the NFL and he did not look bad. We have not seen Caleb play yet. Everyone looks good in college. We have had so many number one draft picks be complete busts. It could end up being a brace young all over again. They were saying all the same stuff about Bryce Young. Not everything obviously but pretty close.

I legit think Bagent is a top 40 QB in this league. I’d start him over D.Jones, B.Young, S.Darnold. His potential is definitely to crack top 32. Hell of a backup.
I think Tyson also will be a very good QB in the NFL. He just needs time to develop. Sadly, it probably will end up being somewhere else for obvious reasons lol. I believe he can be a starter though. Some team that will be rebuilding in about one or two years will probably offer a good trade for Tyson.

Travis built a successful business while winning world championships in arm wrestling and being a hands-on father throughout Tysons sports career.. If Tyson never plays another down in the NFL, his story is still more unbelievable than anything a writer in Hollywood could ever come up with.
