Seasons 5 and 6 are unwatchable. I was excited to see the final two seasons! But, alas, I could barely force myself to get through the first three episodes.

@@monmothma3358 The last season was a dud outside of showing the teenage Elizabeth and Maragaret when the WWII ended. That and the ending of the series' last 5 minutes is all I liked.
This scene very much shows the true colors of Margaret. Pretending to be able to be a normal woman (just like with Peter, "I could do without any of this!"), but in reality loving nothing more than her status, the title, and looking down on everybody. She was like her mother in that way, Ellizabeth was more humble like her dad, and much more suitable for the role.
I often wonder how she would've been if Peter was able to stay in her life. He knew Margaret since she was young and could've probably would've balanced her out.

The human race evolved for the last 100,000 or so years in a state where the only safe drinks were alcoholic, literally everyone drank alcohol all the time, plain water was extremely risky due to disease. Only in the last 40 years has this suddenly become a taboo.
Margaret was an alcoholic surrounded by enablers. Hence her tragic end. Interesting how many years it took for it to come out that Phillip was involved in the Profumo affair.
He was invoked with Stephen Ward’s Thursday club procuring women, not Profumo! That’s where Profumo met Mandy et Al, but Phillip had nothing to do with that, just cheating on his wife with “good time girls”
i think she was just trying to burn old lizzie for a bit, not necessarily hating on philip. she never had any respect for anyone too peripheral in the family, probably. at least, in the show.@@lillyess385

Yeah they're mad at the noise because they're not the ones who got the big apartment and they're not the ones getting to renovate it. If the neighbors were the ones doing the renovation they wouldn't think their noise was loud at all.
Margret was a real See You Next Tuesday. Marina is not just their father’s first cousin. She is an aunt of theirs by marriage & has every right to have apts. at Kensington. She married the best brother of the bunch George the Duke of Kent. Died young in a plane crash. 😢
Marina was a Romanov and a Glucksburg, completely blue blooded far more Royal and far more of an admirable and elegant woman, than that dreadful scandalous mongrel Margaret.
In England, the British Royal family looks down on everyone and other royals from different countries......the Queen Mother basically referred to them as "not even 1st class royality". I see now where Margaret got her attitude from

All after breaking her promise to her sister, and their late father.
