    My delicious Churrasco recipe:

    INGREDIENTS:
    1lb shrimp
    2 plantains
    ½ red onion
    ½ green onion
    1 tomato
    ¼ green bell pepper
    2 garlic cloves
    ½ bunch cilantro
    Salt to taste
    ½ lb peanute paste
    1 tsp pepper
    ½ tsp cumin
    Oil
    Annato paste
    1 tbsp mustard
    2 tbsp homemade Aliño
    Sides:
    Rice
    Sweet plantains
    RECIPE:
    Season the shrimp with mustard and homemade aliño, let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
    Peel and devein the shrimp.
    Make shrimp stock with the heads and skins, add 1 garlic clove, water and cilantro stalks with a piece of onion, let cook until it boils.
    Chop red onion, green onion, tomato, green pepper and garlic really small to make a refrito.
    In a pot add oil with the annatto paste, add all the chopped vegetables and a couple cilantro stalks.
    Peel 2 plantains and grate them on the smallest side, dissolve in water.
    In the pot with the refrito. Add the grated plantains and cook on medium heat, mixing so it doesn’t stick.
    Add salt, pepper, cumin and the peanut paste previously blended with some of the shrimp stock.
    Once it’s all cooked, around 35 minutes, add the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes, don’t overcook the shrimp.
    Plate with rice, and some fried sweet plantains.

    ¿El fondo se licua con las cáscaras y cabezas del camarón, cierto?

      Así es sobrina, se licúa con todo porque eso le da mucho más sabor, y se lo cierne para que solo quede el líquido
