100% and that was one of the reasons I wanted to make the film, to look at different scenarios of what may be going on in the Doom world from another perspective. I've seen so many Doom wads tell these creative stories that really gets you thinking, and I wanted to try to translate that in a short film.
May not have all the expensive Special effects that other movie had, but one thing is definitely clear: This is 9000% more DooM than that other movie could ever hope to be.
Amazing! My favourite part being the large amounts of blood on the characters faces because it’s realistic to what would likely happen to a person in this scenario.

So we are going to take a step back and reassess where we went wrong, what went right and where we can make the viewing experience better. But rest assured, there is a sequel being kicked around.

I mean, since we saw Daisy the bunny killed in the trailer for this, I could only assume the sequel will feature the unnamed Doomguy himself as his rage against demons begins.

Too many Easter Eggs for me to list, I'm sure I'll find more by going frame by frame. I see that you took a particular liking to the TNT wad with the TNT logo and music playing through out the film. It was interesting to see what appeared to be all forms of demons from all different Doom games like 2016 Baron of Hell and DOOM 1 Cacodemons with Mecha Zombies and Prowlers from Eternal. Hope you do well with the Phobos sequel.

Amazing work! I really loved the big fight at 8:00. That whole battle was so hype (especially when the slowmo kicked in)! Also loved all the little references and small details too. Can't wait for the sequel set on Phobos \m/! ~DAR

If you ever made a first person hud for marines, prehaps you should take inspiration from the cut helmet hud from The alpha of the first game. Just re-watched it again. Still awsome
For a 12-minute fan film it definitely caught my attention from start to finish, I absolutely love the amount of effort you guys put into this! The first person shots were pretty good despite the limitations, but I still would love to recommend you guys to take a look at Hardcore Henry which is an action movie shot entirely in first person so you guys can gain some more inspiration and ideas for a potential sequel - looking forward to your future projects! :)
I played this game as a kid! What an amazing display of representation! Loved the music and monsters, it took me back to being a kid and trying find those stupid color cards. Great job guys!
