    Just did this session. It's my first time doing coherence breathing having only done Wim Hof and cyclic sighing until now. And honestly, I think I've found a silly challenge to myself, which is to better the rhythm to the counts during future sessions.
    Anyway, continue what you do, I think it makes the world better!

    Wow everything about this is perfect, really thoughtful put together. One can see that you know a lot about each breathwork technique and that you already instructed a lot of people. Much love.
    Ps: maybe mention that people also shouldn't do it while driving. I did this before and came to the conclusion it's super dangerous.

    dear Kitaro…thanks for your wonderful and helpful videos. I am wondering if Wim Hof breathing and cold showering is possible to do when taking antidepressants (SSRIs e.g.). Since this method interferes severely deep with the blood and brain chemistry I am wondering if there are potential risks when being medicated with ADs. Is there any science based answer to this yet? Thanks and all the best

    • @KitaroWaga

      As to my knowledge this combination should be fine. But I would double check it with your doctor to be sure.

    Also I found it difficult to follow the coherence part. The timing of the breathing in the video sounded off from the rain drop cues. Still think you’re awesome though :)

  • @michalbombara33
    @michalbombara33 4 месяца назад

    I would also like to express constructive criticism. In coherence breathing ( in my opinion ) - 1. Timer is annoying sound effect 2. Your breath is not cooperating with the guide 3. Too much speech (counting) is disturbing me personally.
    I have an idea - there are 2 parts (separate videos) of this breathwork.
    1st part has a lot of speech (deep explanation about how to do it and how to feel)
    2nd part has minimum speech ( only breathwork unit - guided with music, sound effects, minimum speech)
