They’re a good airline with great people. I have never had a terrible experience with MH, but I do agree that their check in processes are obsolete in this age of self-service kiosks and get the journey started on the wrong foot. Fortunately I’ve only flown long haul with them so the check in woes have plenty of time to dissipate. Wouldn’t tolerate it on a short hop!
So, flight delayed just a short mentioned, my son was flight delayed for 4hrs from KL to SG. Should try different airlines, not worth the delay for short haul trip.

@RaDiCSpHeRe sadly delays happen all the time with all airlines for a large range of reasons. Many of which are outside of the airlines control.
The airline that manages to make its entire plane disappear from the face of the earth?
Travel on other airlines and see the difference.
