Facing the House quad-committee hearing for the first time on Thursday (September 19), former Iloilo Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog turned emotional as he recalled his ordeal, including a self-imposed seven-year exile abroad, after being included in former President Rodrigo Duterte's list of "narco" politicians or those allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.
