Good call on feeding the kids the same things, better for them and also for you, or else you’ll be hanging around the kitchen for way too long. Kids won’t starve themselves, they just eat what they want and that’s ok. You are in charge of what’s on the table, they can choose how much they want to eat. ❤️❤️

My heart goes out to all the families in that building in Miami. In the UK there was a horrific fire in Grenfell towers and the building owners knew the plastic up the building wasn’t safe and highly flammable. This happened in 2017 and it’s still going on trying to get justice to all the families 😢 absolutely devastating xxx
I remember that. It was awful to see. I can’t believe the owners knew. I hope justice will be serve. It’s very sad what happened here in Miami, a firefighter found his own 7yr old daughter and yesterday they found 10 more bodies. It’s just horrific!!! This is what happens when people owners/HOA cut corners. Everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions.

Good job to clean eating. Been eating healthy lately. Going on the keto diet. Startling slowly but soon be on the full keto diet. I think it a good idea to get the kids to eat the same thing. Teaching them not to be picky will help them as they grow. How your anxiety with driving going. Praying too for the Mimi thing really sad and so many people are gone cause of it I’m hopeing the family that lost their loved one know they are loved. So many people are now homeless cause they lose their home. Trying to be more greatful too. I have mental health and a learning disorder so my life had not been easy so watching your family helps me a lot. Thank you for helping me

You’re right though, that’s just not going to work long term, they gotta get with the program lol & trust me it’s against human nature to let ourselves starve, so they WILL eat when they are hungry enough regardless.
