Love my TT. Drop an insta360 on it and its dope af for video. Added a 200mw vtx and now I’m diving buildings downtown. I find it to be less snappy overall but its the most convenient quad i have ever flown into myself. This is definitely a big city quad but beware of hawks: they will take it hostage. Also this thing is not good in trees (throwline is a requirement for a successful rescue). I’d just drop the falco on the FC and ur golden.
I decided to make myself a 2S version with the TBS Podracer AIO and Tmotor 1303 5000kv motors - haven't done a maiden flight yet, but I'm so excited for it! 😁😁😁
It definitely can. Love my tiny trainer. But need to get out and fly more. Since the frame came out I’ve had everything to build it. Took me a while to finally get it done due to life always getting in the way. But now it’s built and I built 2 new 5” racers but haven’t flown a single pack in over 2 months now haha. really need to get back out and fly soon.
tehllama42 oh I know. I’ve flown my buddy’s a few times before it was officially released and fell in love. Just haven’t had time ina bit to work on mine or even get out to fly lately.
I couldn't agree more with Evan Turner. Spec racing is just perfect. It's a lot cheaper because you can stay on your spec setup without worrying about upgrades. And it doesn't even matter what the specs are, it can be a slower quad that gives more room to finding the perfect line as opposed to just pushing with a high chance of crashing. And winning or losing comes down to skill and nothing but skill. With slower speeds and a level playing field it is much more attractive for spectators, too. I really hope spec racing is the future (hoped it before already when the Emax Hawk 5 came out).
Love the tiny trainer motors on my 3” Vista build using TorqueFPV frame. Spec racing a Diatone cube is fun. Not sure why you’d add weight unless you’re trying to approximate 5”.
I liked the Tiny Trainer but as I live in Australia, it costs more than a lot of 5 inch frames to get delivered to here. I wish we could get it here a cheaper price.

I think they should outfit the 5" 533 with the same canopy, or probably a little better one that attaches to the frame to make it more durable. I would build one.
@@Mondo_FPV have you heard anything, I talked to them about it already a couple months ago. They said if they could come up with something feasible they would do it.
I love spec racing, I gave up on MGP racing because there was no spec or classes they raced 3s against 6s, 3in against 5 in, beginners against pros and it was not FUN. To bring a spec class racing league nation wide would totally interest me. Spec class offers a much more exciting racing engagement for an audience as well, its not fun watching a race where pilots are so spread out you cant tell who is in the lead. If anyone desires to become a pro racer to earn money, you must realize where that money is generated from, not your sponser, its finding a way to get a paying audience engaged. Spec class racing is the way to do that.

I'm not sure what to say about that. I carry a Hero 7 on my SL5-E and it's fantastic. If you don't care about fast and snappy, I guess go to higher pitch props.
I really have to disagree with you on the use case for the TT, I have been flying mine in my tiny suburban back yard and having a blast with it and I've also taken it out to my 5 inch flying spots and it really feels lacking for power. However in a confined space it has just enough power to be right on the ragged edge of out of control which makes it an absolute blast.
