A word of Warning about this kit, when removing the Contral Stick use a Razor Saw.

Definitely a tricky kit which i expected to be better. Lots of gaps to fill. Anyways, thanks for the tip with the Pringles seatbelts! New subscriber here 😊

Hi-de-ho, amigo! Nice to see another F-15C on the bench. I've got one of these in the line up waiting to be built... just waiting until I get the office workbench move completed.

Oh boy. Those engine nozzles were a test of patience, aren't they? The Hasegawa F-15DJ kit I'm slowly working on had me build up the engine nozzles in the same, difficult way. They really frustrated me. The trade off is that it has molded detail on the interior of the nozzles. It doesn't look like your Academy kit does, though. What I like about your Academy kit, though, is that the wingspan is all one solid piece across the top. That way there is no gap where the wings meet the main body like on mine. The instructions didn't recommend putting any weight in the nose?

Hi Greg..They sure are! You’re right about the one piece wing. Nice not to have wing root gaps. The only fit issues I had were the intakes and the nose. Little gaps. It didn’t suggest adding nose weight. Fortunately it sits down but will sit on its rear if moved a bit. Take care! Drew
