You're welcome!
We have a lot of capers plants in Jordan. Many of us don't pay attention to this plant and we remove it from the land since it harms the other plants and harms our legs when we walk in field hahahaaa. But after watching your video, I will take care of it.. but how do you eat it like?
Thanks for this wonderful share! I love to eat pickled capers on seafood dishes, blended with olives on toast, tossed with steamed vegetables, and on salads. The young leaves can also be added to soups and salads. Yum!
I love caper berries but hate capers 🙃
Go figure!!! To all who are not clear about the difference, capers are the unopened buds and caperberries are the fruit of the bush. Both are highly nutritious. Enjoy them both or take your pick!
