Will it interfere on a drug test? Thanks
Standard urine, saliva, or hair drug tests do not test for organic herbal blends. They are typically testing for recreational drugs (PCP, LSD, inhalants such as paint or glue, valium, barbituates, THC (as found in cananabis or synthetic cannabis) etc. Smoking mullein will not show up in a drug test.
I tried 100grams of kumasaza powder from Hokkaido here in Japan, didn't notice any effects but tasted nice like matcha.

Hello I noticed on your article you said The leaves are also said to stimulate male infertility and influence thyroid hormones such as thyroxine and triiodothyronine. Does it stimulate the thyroid in a negative way ? I have a bamboo vulgaris capsule supplement from Swanson that is comprised of stem and leaf but I don’t want to harm my thyroid because I’ve read that bamboo shoot taken long term can affect the thyroid🙏
Depending on your health and needs, practically any herb can if used improperly (too long or too much) run counter to a person's needs. The question will always be, what condition are you in and what is your purpose for taking an herb or supplement? Your healthcare provider can help guide you to choosing the best herbs for you and recommending how much to take and for how long. You can also visit our website to download my complimentary How To Choose The Right Herb guide book to help walk you through a simple 8-step process for making better herbal selections for you. www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/ Also be aware, that the leaves, shoots, and resins (both dry and liquid) can have different applications and dosing requirements...so be sure of what you are choosing to take and why...Be Healthy:)
I applied some and got a huge headache, which is listed as a side effect on the label - why does it cause headache?
The body metabolizes compounds in many different ways and each person can be vulnerable to side effects for many different reasons. Side effects are just that, events that might happen for some and depending on dosing and the person's underlying constitution and potential for allergic reaction. Some people cannot use Aspirin. Not every herb or supplement or medicine is for everyone. Fortunately, we all have options to choose from. It sounds like this is not the herb for you:) Visit our website and discover other possible alternatives and see your healthcare provider for recommendations as well:) Be Healthy!
I get insomnia 😫
Now I understand why it is said that peppermint is a hybrid. Thank you for this!!!
Amazing right?!!
hello there, i just fell into mullein and want to be able to harvest and dry my own fro smoking. do you have any idea, how to properly dry it? can you smoke the flowers and the buds too? just the leaves?
How fun! Nothing like fresh mullein:) Drying is best done in a cool, dry place. Some like to use a drying rack so ventilation is good, others will gather the stalks together and hang upside down from the ceiling. It can take 1-3 days to dry depending on the moisture in the plant and environment you live in. The leaves especially need to be dried so they don't mold. Both the leaves and flowers can be used for smoking. It burns slowly with an nice earthy aroma. It is a gentle herb, calming and soothing.
4:19 lol
Are you quoting Philippians 4:19 in the Bible? If so, yes! Are needs are met:) Astragalus...a truly wonderful herb, and one of my favorites!
@@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing ha God works in mysterious ways, thats a good scripture. But no, I was lol'ing when you said at 4:19 in your video about toxic people with bad energy "no no im not gonna talk to that person im goin over here". Speaking of the bible and ancient Israel/egypt during biblical times, what herbs from those days are good for inflammation?
So just hiw many Mgs of Turkey Tail do you take per day Plz??
Dosing is going to vary per product and your needs. In general, 2.5g per day for up to 12 weeks is one recommendation. For others with breast cancer, doses of 3,6, to 9g of turkey tail extract taken daily for 6 weeks has been studied and shown effective for helping to boost the immune system that further supports the bodies ability to fight this cancer. What you take will depend on your purpose and need. It's popular to add a blend of medicinal mushrooms in powder form to morning coffee. Your healthcare provider can help you determine what dose might be best for you:)
All your videos sre are great and very informative....
Thank you....appreciate the praise:)
Yerba mansa grows next to the Rio grande near my house here in New Mexico. It's flowering and looks so pretty. Thank you!

How was it used to treat depression? Paul Beyerl mentions it
Tansy essence has been reported to be useful in cases of depression, especially where there is a lack of attention in self-care. Blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help reduce anxiety and calm nervous tension, or depression. Add 1-3 drops rubbed into your skin after a shower or 3-4 drops place in your bath water can help calm nerves.
I had chemo & radiotherapy last year and keep getting chest infections and I can get very very tired still, will Ginseng help me?
It could, but suggest you consider a formula of herbs that can help build your energy, rebalance your body, and boost your immune system. Take a look at medicinal mushrooms, Chaga for example. These are commonly recommended, even by the Western medical system, to support chemo and cancer recovery. Herbs like rosemary, astragalus, and sage can also help support lung health. Visit our website www.WhiteRabbitInstituteOfHealing.com to discover more herbal options and don't forget to check in with your healthcare provider for safe and effective herbal and natural choices to help support your recovery. Does it help in erectile dysfunction?

So definitely burdock root is good for kidney disease? Thank you in advance
Burdock can help combat free radicals that can damage kidney cells. It is also a natural diuretic helping to further support kidney health. All in all, it is well known as a promoter of kidney health. As is true with any herb or supplement, check with your healthcare provider to be sure a substance is right for you. It can also be valuable to use herbs with any particular herb to enhance the overall healing potential. Visit our website to find out about herbs that can also help support kidney health. Hello Ann, I just purchased a Pennyroyal, wild (Piloblephis rigida). Have you heard about this kind? I am living in Florida, and this plant look totally different from that I found on the internet. Thank you.
Great question! Piloblehis rigida, is native to Florida and the Bahamas. Commonly called Florida pennyroyal, it is a different plant than European pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium). Florida pennyroyal is an evergreen that looks like a little juniper bush but with soft green leaves and no berries or sharp needle-like leaves. The local Floridian Native American Peoples used it to make tea, the oil has insect repelling properties, and it was used in ceremonies to cleanse the home after someone had died. Interesting herb in its own right, but not the same pennyroyal....another example of the importance of botanical names to be sure what herb you are using!
@@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing Thank you so much!
I’m so excited that I decided to grow this plant this year! I have 2 very healthy plants this year, and I can’t wait to work with her. Thanks for sharing this 🙃
That is sooooo cool! Hooray for gardens and growing your own:)
How many grams of licorice root do you mean when you say "half a cup"? It's been 2 weeks now since I've started taking 2 daily cups, using just 1 teaspoon of chipped (not powdered) licorice root for each cup. It's working great for my gastritis and stomach ulcer caused by excess intestinal gass pushing up to my stomach. I'm feeling great, not feeling any side effect up to now.
In general, 2-12 g per day is the recommended daily dosage. Great to hear you feeling results. You might want to consider using ginger too....its an excellent stomachic, and plays nicely with licorice root.
@@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing Then it's ok. 2 daily teaspoons of licorice may be no more than 4-5 g. It's been 2 months since I've started taking licorice, and not feeling any side effects yet, so I'm starting to think moderate amount may be even safe for long term use. I'm now combining licorice with boldo leaves in my infusions and it's giving even better results. It's practically like taking omeprazol. I may eventually give a try to ginger as well. Thanks.
Excellent video and information! Are there any side effects that might be negative to watch out for? I took some tincture of barberry tonight and felt better right away! Blessings to you! 😊😊❤❤🎉🎉
Barberry contains berberine, a compound that can slow blood clotting so caution is advised if a person is already using drugs or other herbs and supplements that might also slow blood clotting as the combination could increase the risk of bleeding. Good to hear you are enjoying results. Its an excellent herb.
so its good for men to take too?
Yup, men can use Wild Yam too.
❤❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks!!
I put a 6" sprig of Rosemary leaves in my salads every day. It totally knocks me out. I get a really good nap every day.
That is a fun share!

Thanks for the thumbs up:)
can chinese skullcap can be used as anxiolytic too? will it have same effectiveness as american skullcap?
Chinese skullcap (S. baicalensis) is an important herb in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for treating what is called Damp Heat, especially in the Small Intestines and fighting a wide range of viral infections. Its wide applications, include calming anxiety particularly when associated with Dampness and Heat. Heat can be agitating and increase anxiety, anger, and restlessness. American skullcap (S. lateriflora) is a gentler herb and often favored for treating nervous anxiety, especially when associated with fear, as well as aiding sleep. Chinese skullcap is often added to Liver cleansing treatments to help Move Qi and in this way further support the reduction of anxiety. Both are effective for treating anxiety, with a key difference being Chinese skullcaps focus on treating Damp Heat associated conditions and American skullcap being a gentler herb often used in herbal formulas to promote sleep and soothe nerves.

can I use this product if my thyroid has been burned out with radiation? thank you. ✨
If you've had a condition that required radiation treatment I'd check with your health care provider. Wild yam is an excellent natural medicine, but as the thyroid regulates hormones its advisable to check and make sure that the condition you were being treated for, your underlying overall health, and any medications you might be taking do not present a potential issue for adding wild yam into your health program.
How to consume dan shen for kidney
This is an interesting question. Let's touch on two key aspects it implies. 1. What exactly are you wanting to use it for per your kidneys? There are many kidney conditions suggesting a wide variety of applications and formulas you might consider using. 2. What is the condition of your whole system? In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), we especially do not treat any system in isolation from the whole. Your kidney health is not separate from your digestive or heart, or liver health for example. Condonopsis makes a wonderful tea, and wonderfully you can add it to soups, stews, and other recipes! It is best known for Regulating Blood, Tonifying Qi, and Removing Blood Stagnation. See your health care provider to be sure about the herbs you are choosing and why. Visit our website and download my free guide for How to Choose the Right Herb for you:). You may discover other herbs that may better suite your needs:) www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/
So for people with no liver disease, can you use this long term or not?
Many people do. But be sure about dosing, purpose, and your own underlying condition. Its always a good idea to see your health care provider for guidance:)
