How is it classed as a lip balm when 1. It doesn’t help moisturise your lips 2. It’s literally matte, at this point, it’s just a potted matte lipstick, not a lip balm, especially since you have to put a real lip balm on before you can use it because it can dry out your lips….
I don't know if it's similar but if you're living in PH, it's probably similar to Fresh Beauty - Tinted Jelly Lip Balm (Wild Berries, P99) and Human Nature - Natural Tinted Lip Balm (Guava Jelly, P114 online price) I have the Fresh Beauty one and it's one of my best purchases after looking for a shade that looks good on me (AFTER SO MANY PURCHASES OMG😂) There's a tingly feeling on your lips once applied because mint, I guess hahahaha Additional item (unsure lol) - Pretty Secret Dreamy Stain (Raspberry Rum) and I believe they have a lip balm with similar shade. I couldn't find it before, that's why I have the Fresh Beauty lol
The texture seems to be more like a cream than a balm. Balms are usually sheer even if it’s tinted and more oily (moisturizing cause it traps in moisture).

I’ve got fairly pale, cool toned skin, and even cool toned foundations look orange on me, so I have blue and white mixing pigments that I always use. It gets annoying having to mix my shade all the time, so I usually go without foundation

For anyone looking for it, these aren’t actually the same as the tint balms which has the apple balm shade she mentioned. This shade is from aou’s floofy matte balm line which are actually cream blushers that have just been marketed for use on both the cheeks and lips. They do have that same satisfying squish in the pot that the tint balms do though
This is interesting.I'm very warm toned and i use the shades of blushes,lipstick,eyeshadow that complements warm undertoned.but recently i used a blush suitable for cold undertone,and i liked how much it neutralized my look and made me look fresh instead of cute and innocent.i was wondering why i was looking good though it shouldn't complement me and this explains it.
