Hi dear sir if any student applied fee waiver because of failed in dissertation then they got Diploma instannd of postgraduate degree and fee waiver got rejected and applied again does it mean he is overstayed ? In this situation can he apply for skilled worker ?

I am a British citizen and my wife has ILR in the UK. Our Somali born child 14 years ,came to visit us in the UK on a visit visa( her visit visa is going to expire in 2 weeks), she has been looked after by my mother back home..now given the age of my mother ,my mother has said that she cannot look after our daughter anymore and country's situation regarding the peace and order isn't stable . Hi, I have failed in two attempts in a module but scored very well in other modules and dissertations. I failed by 5 marks. I got PG diploma award in September 2024 and after that i applied for a fee waiver application to gain some time as i don't have money to apply for FLR at that time. On 15th November, i got rejected for the fee waiver and i have only 14 days given to apply for another visa. I got admission for the module to resit for jan 2025 intake but the university told me they won't be providing me a CAS letter as the course is less than 6 months and i need to pay deposit for the course within mid of December. Is it possible to request a CAS letter in the university? I'm stressed out as much money needed in this short time. Please help with my query.

I have a BRP human right residence permit and for 5 years and it has expired I applied to renew it and I received an email from them that it has been refused 😭😭 what to do please I need help asap……?? Thank you for your application for a replacement Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). In view of the fact that your current leave to remain expired on 05 June 2023, you no longer have any leave to remain to transfer. Your application has therefore been refused. There is no right of appeal against this decision.
As you no longer have any leave to remain in the United Kingdom you should either leave the United Kingdom immediately or make a valid application for further leave to remain in an appropriate category.
