Yes it is a problem, I procrastinate and postponed my adulthood, 26 and havent left my parents house but really looking too soon because i realized how bad it is now, once my eyes were opened by my girlfriend. but I agree being stuck in childhood where everyone does everything for you is very bad. i am also afraid to drive too which i have to overcome soon too, idk if you will see this message but thanks
@@ChrisVincelli Well right now, study for my written and then start driving and getting a liscense, but i procrastinated doing this for several months more, so may lose her since she lives a bit aways from me and its becoming difficult but I can start growing up and being adult by learning to drive first i would say.
@Brumjii hey hoped you learned to drive. If you haven't, do it asap. I'm 27, about to be 28 in January and barely learned to drive due to being a bit scared as well as just procrastinating and being lazy. Once you learn to drive, you're only nervous/scared for a week or 2 but will get comfortable rather easily. Look at your life like a video game, there's levels to it and that License opens up many possibilities to get to higher levels. Good luck!
Once you move into an apartment, people will say that you have to own a home. After that people will say you have to get married. Then you have to have children. etc...
I just turned 21 and all of this is very true, keeping what has been said here in mind will make you more of an adult. Ofc it is not easy to adjust to these things but once a groove gets set it becomes more apparent that there is more to life than just thinking and relying on others to help make your own situations better. Become the leader that you believe you need to follow and rise to some kind of a succeeding career that will make you appreciate everything just a little more. Stay blessed
Completely agree. Moving BACK in with parents after having been free previously, is the worst sort of torture one could inflict on themselves. Independence is so important. I'm moving to Montreal in a couple of weeks from Australia. I know literally no one. I saw your videos hating on Montreal, is it really THAT bad?? I can't stand Australian culture.
Why did you move back in with your parents? Also...why is the world would you move to Montreal? Have you thought of moving to another Canadian city like Toronto instead? Or perhaps America? Just curious :)
@@ChrisVincelli Well I moved back with parents as an emergency, coz my lease ended unexpectedly. I've always been passionate about learning other languages, especially French, so that was the main part of my reasoning 🙂Although I did recently come back from New York and Miami, Americans are extremely friendly.
1. Move out 2. Do it yourself, NO ONE is coming to save you 3. Get a job 4. Stay up on current events 5. Stop complaining, see 2. No one is going to do it for you, especially if they didnt do it for themselves.
I just turned 19, I am a full time student and have a part time job, but I want to buy a my own place, but at the same time, I don’t want to be paying the loan for the rest of my life. Any advice??
This is terrible advice, instead of adulting, it’s encouraging the employee mindset. Regardless of the following current events part…. Be your own manager, learn discipline, be responsible with money, learn about it on a global scale.
