- A simple sushi recipe on how to make salmon nigiri with honey miso lemon glaze.
For the glaze you need 200gr miso, 100gr soy sauce, 100gr mirin, 50gr honey, 50gr lemon juice
It’s a fairly easy recipe, just combine everything together, bring to a boil, take off the heat. Then finish with one lemon, teaspoon of sesame oil and a pinch of black pepper.
After set the sauce aside, make the nigiris and glaze the sauce on top with a brush. If you have any questions, please let me know, I’ll do my best to help you out.
