Pastor Ron Wolves At The Gate is the band i listen to when my faith is being tested, it reminds what God and his Son did for us. And yes they should be atleast #2 on this video.
These songs are evil. Not everything that looks or sound good is actually good or of GOD. We are in the last days and the devil is very deceptive, I mean common he even tempted JESUS with the Scriptures. Be very careful.

@HellHound1992 You should look up Emery, they're not really heavy and are classified as Post-hardcore, but in my opinion they have really catchy chorus's and some good highs. A song that I would suggest would either be "The Cheval Glass" or "Scissors". Good video though.

Objection 2:The lyrics are what really matter. If the lyrics are what God really wants for praise to him then the type of singing does not matter Objection 3:It doesn’t matter how we praise God just as long as we are pleasing to him. If we are praising God while screaming then we are pleasing to him.
I have a few bands I like that aren't listed here: Saving Grace Demon Hunter As I Lay Dying (questionable whether it can be considered Christian, but the early stuff can) Times of Grace The Ongoing Concept (very unique Christian metal band, definitely worth a try) Becoming the Archetype Zao (not "technically" a Christian band, but it really is). Memphis May Fire The Great Commission Living Sacrifice I'm sure I could come up with more good ones if I really thought about it, but hopefully it's shows something new to someone

@HellHound1992 Wow that's actually kind of clever, it might confuse some people though, but still I see your point. You should probably put the difference in the description though, or explain how's it's not actually Screamo, or at least put in the tags, Metalcore, Death Metal, ect.

It takes a while but you eventually can hear them. To this day I still have to look up a few lyrics but I can understand them for the most part. It all comes in time and listening.
I think it's really funny how people can label a person on the way they worship God if a person chooses to scream, sings opera, country, or how ever they do it, that is between them and God just because you do not like doesn't mean they're not worshiping God and who are you to say. I am a strong believer in God and I love the many different ways we can worship and connect with him. I listen to heavy metal christian and non- christian that doesn't not make me any less of a christian then you.
What makes certain music more Godly than others? I have seen thousands upon thousands of people find Christ through music like this (including myself). I am currently a missionary and I am tatted up and listen to this type of music all the time. The Holy Spirit is many things. The cross was a symbol of death for the romans, but Christ came and changed it to a symbol of everlasting life. God can use many things for His glory...don't count anything out.
I Agree 100%.....I listen to WhiteChapel and Lamb of God. I don't agree with their beliefs,but I do respect them as musicians, and I like the sound of their stuff.
Completely agree with ErrieBear. You can rap about God , you can Scream about God , your glorifying Him it shouldn't matter the way it is glorified. People glorify God by poetry , writing books. Music is just another way..no matter how it sounds.

When I was new to the genre I didn't know any sub-genres and I would always look up new bands like these by searching "Screamo bands" because that is what they sounded like to me. The reason I have not changed the title is for people who are new to metal like this...I believe they are most likely to search as I did "Christian Screamo Bands".
Is there any particular reason why the song titles couldn't have been in the video, or at least in the text box? I'm wasting time searching through hundreds of comments just to find a single title. Jesus, give me the strength!

@ThaUniq2000 I can't exactly remember the name of the song my Through Fallen Skies but the others are Pains of a Dictionary by Night After Dark and Writings on the Wall by Underoath. Through fallen skies changed their name to Gideon and are now signed by Facedown records if you wanna check them out. They went through a major line up change so It is a totally different sound from this...only one original member.
I'll have to pick up the new Miss May I CD...I saw them live last December and the were awesome!.....Never really heard of Emmure I'll have to check them out :)

I am very cautious about what bands i listen to. Some bands that proclaim to be Christian are really not, like As I Lay Dying.
