You can find it in the app Mr Time. If you download the app in the Galaxy Store it will be set as your main Face App and you will be able to choose a lot of different watch faces, including the Pipboy

I was in the same case, I installed the "Facer Smartwatch" application and you have lots of Pip boy Theme but I have the impression that the application consumes a lot of battery, I only have this solution

This watch face is the reason I still use this watch as my daily driver despite having the galaxy watch 5. There's no other watch face quite like this one and if I could transfer it to my watch 5, I would.

But the Pipboy Animation stops walking all the Time after a few Minutes?
