I am feeling blessed to listen to this remarkable consciousness in the form of Rupert Spira.
Rupert is the daddy when it comes to these teachings. They guy exudes calm peace. Whenever I see him I immediately feel a sense of joy.
He who is looking, is what he is looking for.
I listen to these Spira sessions nightly on auto play, lol, the words DO sink in the sub conscience , no reason for exaggeration, I’ve come quite a way from where I was. Tom Campbell, former nasa physicist, goes even deeper into the realms of “larger conscience system “, blows me away how experience can and does travels w/o limits...

Since you want to experience the Now, you are moving away from it, objectifying a moment as Now; a moment that could never be captured in the first place. Happiness as I understand the definition cannot be applicable to nonduality. It is a condition related to external aspects. Equanimity is no t the same as happiness.
That is because "you" never felt complete, wholesome, fulfilled.....Happiness "I" begun to realize recently is not an arrival place, it is a departure place.....
